    The worst dealership experience of my life, lied to by the service writer, they tell me it needs an engine but cant tell me what failed to cause it, told me they submitted for warranty but when I called the warranty company they had no record of it. when I talked to the service manager he was rude and showed no interest in solving the problem and just justified the poor service, his argument for not being able to tell me what the frailer on my truck is "this tech has been doing this 22 years and knows what he's doing" when asked about them not submitting it to the warranty he said "I wouldn't have either" yes the truck did go over on 2 oil changes in its ****** life but was never left low on oil and always checked when I couldn't make it in for a service. but as a manager of a shop I would never treat a customer this way and I most certainly expect better from my team.
