    I placed an order for an autographed photo from the movie "Tombstone" on Jan. 10, 2024 via their website. When I placed the order, there was a notice on the website that they were going to be "away from the store until March 1st." The order confirmation email I received stated "REMINDER! per the pop up notice you agreed to at checkout! we are away from the store until March 1st. Orders will ship on March 1st! A tracking number will be sent to the Email provided at the time your order ships, generally with in the next 24 to 72 hours. Thank you". I waited until March 8th to give them the benefit of the doubt. I started attempting to contact them through direct email, replying to the order confirmation email, and using the contact form on their website. It is now March 18th and they have not responded to the 8-10 ******************** that I have sent. I have never received any contact from them since the order confirmation email on Jan. 10th.

    This company advertises their memorabilia as authentic. I recieved two autographs from them that were clear forgeries. When I contacted them, they directed me to their terms and conditions which said everything they sell is basically them tracing prints of signed photos with a sharpie.

    I ordered 2 copies of a *********************************** signed autographed photo COA Hologram on 11.15.2023 for a total of $240.00, each of the copies are $120.00 and I only received 1 copy.I have emailed this company several times and have not gotten any response. I either want my 2nd copy of what I paid for or a refund of $120.00 if they won't send me what I ordered.
