    Me and my wife went into trade in her Jeep Cherokee. The sales *** asked my wife what kind of vehicle she was interested in. She really wanted a 2025 ***************************. Unfortunately, she had a lot of negative equity so the sales manager asked if we would be interested in an all-electric Jeep Wagoneer which had a lot of rebates. So, we test drove it and both the sales *** and manager mentioned they also owned one of these types of vehicles. During the signing my wife asked is there any special equipment or installation required for this vehicle. Both the sales *** and manager said no its just plugs into a normal outlet and it's easy to setup. After all the paperwork was signed the sales manager said she can pick up the charging station tomorrow. The next day my wife went to pick up her charger for the Wagoneer after work and the front counter person also reassured her that its easy to install and its just plug and play. When she got home she noticed that the charging station needed to be hardwired. She called the dealership and talked to different person, and they confirmed that we would need an electrician to install this type of charging unit, and it would be around $1500 - $2000 for installation. Never was it mentioned before or during the signing of the vehicle by both the sales manager and *** that this would require an electrician to be installed even after several ***eated questions about if this required any special installation. Unfortunately, we will not be going back to Gresham Chrysler, Dodge ********** ever again because they have completely lost our trust by using manipulative tactics and withholding information just to make a sale.

    2 Batteries 1100 450 labor .My truck was towed in so I was at their mercy .$1100 Two truck batteries I had a super bad experience with **** and manager very rude

    Took my 2012 Jeep Liberty to Gresham Jeep on ******** because my Jeep kept unlocking itself for reasons I could not see. They (Senior advisor ***** ******** 4226) explained there is an initial diagnostic fee of $199.00 plus whatever fees for parts and labor. Within a half hour she informed me I had a bad key circuit board and they checked all three keys for me and said it was only the one. They then kept the car overnight for testing, removed all batteries from the key fobs and the vehicle came up locked the next morning. They said they would check the boards on the other two keys and they came up good. It was my understanding at this time they would do nothing with the ordered new key as I could live with the two remaining keys with the vehicle. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, main bill was over $600.00 and included a new key plus cost to program. I disputed and she lowered the price through discount of $93.32 to total of $530.80. My contention that went nowhere amounted to : I think the total bill should have been for diagnostic only of $199.00 as I specifically asked to hold back on the new key and I would go with the two good ones I had with the vehicle. She said once the key was ordered, cut and programmed there was nothing she could do. I am on a fixed income and an extra $330.00 to pay hits especially hard since ordering the key was on them especially when I told them to do nothing with it pending verification of my two remaining keys. I will never go there again as I feel I have been unjustly taken advantage of.

    I am so upset! We went there to just see about a used jeep, we test drove it and decided to pass on it due to the check engine light coming on. They wouldnt let us leave, we knew we didnt want a new car but they promised all these incentives that were all lies! They kept our drivers license and the keys to our potential trade in and didnt let us leave. We spent all day there, and flat out said this is were we stand, if you can make this happen then we will consider a new jeep they come back with a completely different number and false pricing than what was listed on the vehicle! Each time I had to catch them in a lie. Theres a big difference between 55k and 69k, and they just talked out of their butts one manger said the check engine light came in because there was bad gas in the tank, and another one it was a misfire, but I think it wasnt shifting out of 2nd gear. One manager also would only talk to my husband about car stuff even though I was asking the questions.

    Overall my experience with my salesman was fantastic, the dealership got me out of a bad situation and into an amazing truck, but at what cost. I had quotes from other dealers saying theyd buy my car for 21k in writing. And they wouldnt budge from offering me 17.5k. They tried telling me there was front fender damage on my car, when reality it was super clean and a clean carfax. They told me they were just going to send my car to auction and get rid of it for a low price and thats why they were only giving me ******, but already have it listed on their website for $25,993. They absolutely highway robbed me on my trade and you know how dealerships use their lingo to try and persuade you. Well I fell for it. I get it, its a money making business, but this just feels wrong. I love my truck, and dont want to return it, but I think they owe me something a little more than a free oil change.
