      Our car was taken here by our insurance after and accident on 12/20/24 and a month later we were called to pick it up and able to the following day. After getting the car back the paint in repaired area clearly did not match the car very well, as well as some running/smudging and loose trim. As well as a new unusual drivetrain noise after the accident. Nothing to lose sleep over since they honored to fix it and the noise was not to be expected. When dropped off we pointed out the flaws and they would fix and insurance said shop had to determine noise was caused by the accident. One week passes and they called saying car was being finished and SHOULD be completed same day (monday 5/5) but they will call us back to confirm when its ready. When I asked estimater about the noise determination they said they didn't hear anything so I said it needed to be determined by them according to insurance and they said ok. We never got a call back 5/5. No calls from them until the following Monday 5/12 they called first thing in morning saying it had been ready although there was no follow up confirmation calls from them. When picking up car the estimater gave the front desk lady attitude, pulled car up and gave us keys and walked away mad, not showing any repairs. One flaw fixed, multiple still there. Returned car again flaws fixed with a new flaw in paint. When pointing out, yet again the manager started picking out other flaws in areas they did not touch trying to justify their mess *** yet again. Told me "we're chasing a ghost". And when he brought our car up so we could leave he slammed our car door very hard. Not only that, we got stuck paying for 2 weeks of rental they were to cover but agreed to split 50/50 if they could show proof of completion confirmation call back on 5/5 they claimed to have but failed to do so and our phone records dont show that. He said 50/50 split no matter what but failed to cover their half sticking us with cost. There is more but ***** limit

      I had my car towed to Mackins Autobody on 4/17/25 to have some repairs done and also to have them look at some paint that had peeled off that they had painted from a previous accident. The adjuster **** looked at it as well as the paperwork and confirmed they had painted the area. To quote he stated to me that they had blended that area and they would fix it. Then today I get a text stating After reviewing the estimate from your prior repair with my manager and my painter, those roof rails were bend panels so we would have only sprayed clear coat in that area.The factory base coat/color coat is what has failed on your car, so we will not be able to warranty that. Whatever they put on the paint caused it to peel off as there is no other area on my car that has done that.
