    I bought the vehicle 2018 **** F150 right after I purchase a vehicle. I got a few problems with the vehicle but they never help me or answermy phone.

    This lot sales and sold a lemon as soon as the car left the lot problems accord when brought to the dealers attention they only said none of these happen while on the dealers lot and are unwillimg to fix and address

    Good morning,
    The customer had a ********* test drive before purchasing the truck. Additionally, we offered a $679 discount for any necessary repairs, which the customer accepted. We documented this in the Due Bill, and the customer signed it.
    While we offered an extended warranty, I explained that we had done our best to have the vehicle inspected by a third party for safety. I emphasized that, regardless of our efforts prior to the sale, the vehicle is still pre-owned and may require additional protection in the future. However, the customer declined the service contract, stating, "I am a mechanic and fix all my cars; I do not need a service contract.
    A week later, the customer contacted us to complain about issues with the vehicle. Please find the attachment for further details.

    I am rejecting this response because: First i never said I am a mechanic none sense they stated however i have fixed all my issues on my own also i had a 2 min test drive as the dealership didnt have enough gas to do a test drive again all work was done and i except the 649 dollars check sent to me make it out to *** ********

    I purchased a vehicle from Treasure Auto Sales in July of 2023. At the time of the purchase, the dealer provided me with a Due Bill to ship headrests that were missing at the time of purchase. The headrests were never provided. I attempted to contact the dealer multiple times and was told that the "parts department" would follow-up with me the following day. I never received a call. Additionally, after purchasing, I had a repair issue with the vehicle. I took the vehicle to the mechanic who informed me that the engine in the vehicle is not the original engine and had been replaced. At the time of purchase, the dealer indicated that they had performed a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle and provided us with an inspection report. The fact that the engine was not original was never disclosed.I am asking for the Due Bill to be fulfilled. I also believe that the dealer should provide reimbursement for the repair to the engine.

    I purchased a **** ***** Silverado for a cash price of $15,400 at Treasure Auto.. With the trade in of my car, I was given $3500, so it should have made the truck $11,813. Then they added $3900 for a third-party warranty and $625 for ************** I told them I didn't want either, and I thought that would be the end of it. I was very disappointed to find out that they went ahead and charged me for these policies. I CANNOT cancel these policies on my own -- per GWC Company policy. And yet, the dealership doesn't take or return my phone calls or text messages. I have found this dealership to be very unscrupulous, and I want others to know how they really operate. I am a combat veteran. If they will do this to me, they will do this to anyone. I feel the dealership should be fined and/or red flagged for this kind of unethical behavior. I don't believe they should be able to continue operating a business in this manner. At a bare minimum, I want the Gap and the *** cancelled and the difference returned to my credit union. This cancellation needs to happen within the first 30 days after purchase (Oct. 23, 2023) to warrant a full refund to the crediting agency. I believe this is why they are dragging their feet and not responding to messages. I sincerely appreciate any help you can provide.

    Customer "Signed" and "Agreed to Terms" of the Contract at the Time of Sale.. 

    Customer asked for Cancellation of Protection, and we have Processed his request... 

    A Customers "Own Choices", should not reflect poorly on a business, because they "feel" like they made a Bad decision.

    With all Customers, "Vehicle Protection" is offered with every Vehicle Purchase.. Because if we do not offer it; they can not say "They did not offer vehicle protection"!

    When dealing with pre owned Machinery, having your investment protected, is what most do, to avoid unforeseen out of pocket costs in the future..

    We hope this resolves this customers concerns, and wish him the best of luck in the future..
