            I took my 2000 Jeep Cherokee in for the simple reason that I had a tire leak that would require some work on sealing along the rim. As I was waiting for it to be taken in for the repair, I noticed they drove it into the alignment shed. Next thing I knew, a tech told me the left front was out of alignment and this would also require ball joint replacement. I was fool enough to play along. What they did was go fishing for more things to fix than were necessary. I had taken this vehicle in many times in the past for new sets of tires, etc., and felt okay about it, but suffice it to say I will not be going back. They suckered me this time. Read the YELP reviews; I am not the first doofus to be fooled of late.

            My issue was that you took my Jeep into the alignment shed before you did anything else...anything other than looking t my tire leak, etc. That lead me to surmise that you were looking for stuff to find right out of the gate, rather than looking at the tire and going from there. I do not doubt your response to my comments to BBB, but I was not happy with what I did not think was full disclosure at the outset of my visit.
