    I signed an advertising contract with **** ***** in October 2022 for the print and distribution of an advertisement booklet for *************** for TWO YEARS (2 editions). The first edition was printed and distributed (with a copy mailed to me) in 2023. Then after receiving ZERO correspondence for the following edition I received a marketing email from them trying to sell me another ad. I told **** I had already prepaid for the next year which he agreed. Then after months of no communication I reached out via phone calls and emails that went unanswered. Then finally he responded with "his obligations have already been fulfilled" and became very argumentative & combative. I asked him to provide me proof of the second edition, which he declined. I also confirmed with ********** that NO SECOND EDITION was ever produced or distributed to them either and their requests were also going unanswered. This business should be flagged as fraudulent.
