5 starsI was in a panic when walk in to the MARBLE LAW OFFICE I had never talked to them . Did not have an appointment . I gave the receptionist my paper work explained the problem.I seen the lawyer in minutes and they solved my problem in the same day .They did not have to do this , most would not . I can not say enough good about what they did for me and what good people they are.Review fromJulie O

1 starNothing but a headache and disappointment. ****** was unprofessional and came unprepared. Made me pick up my own documents from from first floor while we were on the 3rd floor. Had to pay for my own documents from my personal money. As I was picking up documents she went and talked to bio dad and made an agreement in his favor and completely ignored what I wanted done. I filed for contempt of court and had been waiting to seek justice and this b**** comes and ruins everything. Gave him 30 days to supposedly change. Once garbage always garbage. They claimed they would reach out to me but all they do is send me a missed payment. I refuse to pay for something that was not done. ****** cancelled on me after she said she would follow up with bio dad in 30 days. Why the f*** would you get involved in our lives just to disappoint my son who has been dealing with abuse and manipulation. You knew all of this and still chose the narcissist bio dad and made a deal with him. I hate marble law so much for this s*** No one ever reached out. They just write that to make them look good. 1 starHired in June 2022. Had hearing in October to obtain temporary spousal maintenance. So far I've paid out 10k. The attorney has now dissappeared. My calls, emails and texts are never returned. I've had time sensive deadlines that affect my case pass. It's mid March and I cannot even get a status. The attorney completely has bailed. The court records don't even show I have an attorney. I've requested they assign me a new attorney but they do not Don't waste your time and money. They are fast to communicate with you when they tell you to pay for more services. I am having to hire a new attorney. Don't fall for their false reviews online. This was a terrible experience. They made a already stressful divorce even worseMarble Law Office

1 starThey charge 3-4 times more than the rate if you were to paying attorney flat out. Then the attorneys are incompetent and want to charge for everything they do for very expensive flat fees. They target those who can't afford the upfront cost and trap you into astronomical amounts money for subpar services. Don't ever use.Marble Law Office

1 starSmooth start but your tech is still rough around the edges and customer support is subpar. I was able to get a quick phone conversation at a very convenient time and follow up with a local lawyer. But once I actually paid for services when I ran into some trouble where finishing my questionnaire went nowhere and I told the lawyer it was there because they called to collect the same information and they werent seeing it. nobody at marble was available because my case managers phone line answers in an automated message and hangs up and the online portal only allows a contact us form. So after a couple days of *me* waiting then following up and talking everyone, it was resolved. Then the lawyer took forever to start the paperwork and filled out everything wrong, they also forgot promises that were made during the phone consultation and decided to lie about it. Heres where things get even spammier, I told Marble Id like to cancel and they had someone call me to convince me to stay with them since the bulk of the work was done and I already paid. ****, putting the wrong name at the top of some papers is not the bulk of the work. This person named ****** identified themselves as my case managers (*******) paralegal. Um, where has she been this whole time? All of a sudden theres a support person that can help me, when I want to cancel? Using Marble is like going to a car dealership, unprofessional and dishonest.Marble Law Office

1 stari contacted this firm march 11th gave them my info and paid my first instalment it took till june when i showed up at their office in ******** ** asking questions as to why i hadnt heard anything from them (even after i called twice a week for months with no return calls) to even start my case after taking their money for 4months by then...the case took forever took till december 6th to finally finish this case all because my supposed lawyer ***************** took his time putting things in or never put it in period ... matter a fact i had to submit my notice of defualt in to the court as well as financial info and some other documents because they apparently never left my lawyers hands to land on the judges desk...but i am divorced no thanks to ***********.. now im forced to pay **** for something i belive he didnt help much with at all i submited alot of the documents needed only thing he did was file with the court.. even then he didnt even announce himself to the court i went to every court appearance alone the judge and legal aide were under the impression i was doing this on my own...Marble Law Office

1 starI hired marble law to defend me in a divorce. They assigned me an attorney and a case manager whom I've never seen in person. I asked my attorney to request my ex-husband's bank account that his attorney claimed he turned in 12 months but he only turned in nine months I've been waiting 4 months for this paperwork. She requested it from the opposing attorney he filed paperwork because she was represented as a temporary attorney in my case which is not legal in my county the judge then told her to file their appropriate paperwork as my attorney representing me. In which she did but yet she failed to get the paperwork that I had requested for months prior from my ex-husband's attorney. I asked her if she had received the paperwork she stated no and that it was too late to get that paperwork now. She dropped the ball and that cost me $14,000 and debts that I had paid on his credit cards. I have a court case coming up she was supposed to have all my paperwork put in for trial by the 9th of the month she filed it on the 10th the opposing attorney has filed paperwork to get it thrown out. That's going to cost me over $24,000 in the other proof I had on credit cards I paid. This law firm is crooks. When I signed up for them I paid for three things contempt , mediation and trial. Because I was trying to do the paperwork on my own and checked off credit cards I turned in the x's and it was supposed to been mine the judge through the contempt order out.The 2nd thing they were supposed to represent me in is mediation. The opposing attorney messed around so long that the judge threw out mediation and moved straight to trial. A week before trial Marble Firm contacted me and stated that trial was not part of my package deal that I purchased. That is a complete lie I knew this divorce was going to run me all the way to a trial for a judge to decide what I was able to receive. Not only being taken advantage by my ex but now my own attorney.I was charged $6500.00 and lost everythingMarble Law Office

1 starTheyre scammers. First, they trick you into signing up with them, convince you you will receive legal services at a reduced fee and then they assigned me an absent lawyer, that caused me terrible stress and anxiety. The lawyer *************************, made me feel terrible about myself, did not try to help me at all, caused me further expenses due to her being out of office on vacation, so the opposing lawyer could file things while shes away on vacation. Moreover, *************** only seems to want to please the other partys lawyer; whether because she doesnt care about her clients or lack of legal knowledge and skills. Now Im trapped into a huge debt to them that I was tricked into and receive way less child support than I ever did before thanks to ***************** and Marble laws incompetence and unethical practices.Im a minority, low income single mother. Marble laws practice is not only unethical but also immoral. They generate poverty, scamming on low income people that need help.Marble Law Office
