I bought a trailer from Good Vibes, 6-5-23, $26,700. I looked at the trailer twice, once alone, once with my parents. The owner assured us MULTIPLE times that he checks all trailers himself to make sure they are fully functional. He swore everything worked, trailer had no leaks, he had walked on the roof, totally solid. He did not ever offer for us to operate any of the systems. I did not find this strange as I had been to six RV lots and the protocol was the same. They assured me the rvs worked properly, I was not offered to try them. It was clear to me from these experiences that this was standard procedure. So it was quite a shock when I connected the trailer at my home that nearly everything was either broken or simply did not function. 1) the batteries were dead and need replacing 2) the black water tank shut off valve was bent so badly that it seemed to be closed when pushed on. But actually the trailer had been delivered to me with the black water valve open so that when I opened the hose end to hook up to the sewer, f**** ran out all over my yard. I had to climb through someones f**** to try to bend the shut off valve back by hand so that I could close off the tank. 3) the flush kit for cleaning out the black water tank was broken so instead of cleaning the tank, it filled the bathroom with water 4) one of the slides that was open at viewing and so was presented as fully functional would, in fact, not open. I was quoted $1700 to fix it.5) both A/C units were described to me as seized by an RV mechanic. At least $4000 to fix them.6) the roof that Good Vibes claimed to be super strong and had no leaks is actually totally rotten and needs replacing. No estimate beyond thousands of $. Mechanic was very nervous to be on it for fear of collapse. I have asked Good Vibes to either return my money or pay to repair the systems that they guaranteed me worked. They refuse and actually accused me of harassment for telling them I was going to file with BBB.

We did sell Jenn this trailer for $26,700 which was $3,200 off the asking price. We usually include free delivery for asking price but we gave her free delivery on top of the $3,200 discount. We are more than happy to show anyone that systems are in working order or let them inspect it themselves or have a third party come inspect them (just the same as would be done when purchasing a used car) when **** and her parents came back out for the second time, she explained that she was having them come to inspect the trailer because they were more familiar with trailers than she was. We are very clear that every trailer we sell does not come with any guarantees or warranties and they are all sold as-is. We even have a buyers guide that states that and **** has signed. She told us she was going to install her own electrical which I told her was risky and she could damage multiple systems in her trailer if it wasnt done correctly. After multiple attempts to resolve this situation she is now threatening to *** us and slander our name in the community which is why we have politely asked her to quit contacting us and harassing us with threatening statements. (Im happy to provide text messages to show that shes been harassing and threatening us)

The sellers attempt to avert blame from his dishonest business practices are telling, but I will briefly address them. 1) there was no way to inspect all of the systems because the seller, by his own admission, does not have the infrastructure to hook up to sewer on his business premises. He also was not connected to water when I saw the trailer. 2) I did sign an As-Is document, trusting the trailer to be As-Advertised. I did not receive a copy of this document from the seller. 3) the electrical hook up at my house was installed by a professional with 35 years of experience in the field. His work is beyond reproach. On top of this, the trailer was connected with a surge protector. So any attempt to suggest that injury to the trailers electrical systems were my doing is inaccurate. Other electrical systems in the trailer function, just not the two very expensive A/C units.  4) I welcome the seller to share all text exchanges. I stand behind my attempts to communicate my intentions should the seller refuse to take responsibility. The fact of the matter is the seller either: A) did not ever test the systems on this trailer and yet deceived me by saying he did, or B) did test the systems on this trailer and deceived me by telling me that they all function properly. Either way, the seller was deceitful in his business practices, and I believe he should be held responsible. And if he cannot be held responsible, then I believe he should at least be exposed as a business owner who cannot be trusted so that this doesnt happen to someone else.

    Thank you again, ****
