Let me start by saying there was zero training for the "account manager" position. After roughly 2 months I was let go because I didn't meet a new goal that was implemented 2 weeks prior, now I know it was just an excuse to let me go because the female recruiter/sales manager made many comments that she wanted to recruit "young men" (kind of creepy) which I am neither, not the least bit discriminatory right. From the time I started there not a single person employed there had anything positive to say about the company and they ALL talked about each other behind their backs. You will have to sign a 2 year non solicit which means if at any time you get fired or quit say goodbye to your customers (book of business) and I personally witnessed them use their lawyers to bully ex employees with lawsuit threats, that simply wanted to continue working the same industry with another company. In the two months I worked there a total of 6 people either quit or was fired, huge red flag, mainly because they are misleading about their pay structure and it put several employees in a situation where they actually owed the company money. Overall it was a depressing place to work and I am glad to be gone.
