      On the Grifols donor hub, the requirements for getting a refer a friend bonus only state that the friend must complete 2 donations before the bonus can be issued. My friend did exactly as the directions say, they told them my name and even provided my donor number. This location in ******, OR told him that I can't get the bonus until I donate 2 times. But that is not stated on the terms of the referral bonus. So I feel like I just referred a friend for absolutely no reason. I want my referral bonus.

      This complaint has been responded to and resolved. In some areas of fine print, it states that ***** bonuses are added to your account on your next donation following your referral's second donation. We often make exceptions for donors who are no longer donating with us. We made an exception for this donor the moment it was brought to our attention. The bank we use to compensate our donors had a glitch that did not pay the donor. A few days later the bank remedied the situation, and the donor has received their compensation.
