    On August 19th 2025 I walked into my office and place of business at ****************************************************************************************** and was exposed to chemicals that were coming through my vent. I smelled a musty smell and my saliva began to change instantly. I developed further symptoms later in the day that were very severe. I am still suffering from these symptoms. I have been injured as a result of the chemicals that were sprayed in the building that I occupied. My building manager ***** ****** said He hired the company Ask the Bug man for the recent cockroach abatement and that Ask The Bug man sprayed Alpine WSG for the cockroaches they were abating. I spoke with Mr. **** ******** owner of Ask The Bug Man. Mr. ******** said he would never use Alpine WSG for abating cockroaches and has declined to talk with me further siting the client confidentiality clause (Based on my research it looks like Alpine WSG should never be used around people or in and around ventilation systems). I am injured and have further suffered a tremendous loss including equipment that I had to throw out due to contamination, storage fees, and moving costs. Additionally, I have lost income and do not know if I can continue working or even working at the same level that I was. I am seeking compensation for my injuries, my income, equipment loss and other expenses. Further, I want answers about the chemicals that were used for the cockroach abatement including the safety data sheet and ALL other pertinent information. Certainly Mr ******** could get this information to me with a signed release from ***** ****** and **** ****** ? I am including my request to ask for full disclosure of what was sprayed, abated, and the dates and times.
