    I ORDER A WIG FROM MY DIVAS CLOSET ON FEB 28 AND ITS MAR 5 AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER. I HAVE EMAILED THEM AT LEAST SEVEN TIMES AND I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THEM AT ALL.

    I placed an order several weeks ago. My charge was immediately hit for the purchase amount. I have rec'd no status updates, and no one responds to my status email inquiries. I am going to request a reversal on my charge

    I made a purchase on 12/08/22 for 1 hat and paid around $16 for it. I was a confirmation number but never got an email for a tracking number like the website stated I should. I contacted them twice on 12/19 and 12/22 and received no help and no email back. This is their only contact information listed on their website. I just either want the help to get the hat or my money back but theres no way to contact them to where they will actually respond.
