    This *** has had my car for almost two month and its not my fault that this happened but im getting screwed, the part that is getting serviced has been known to go out and have issues, thats why it has an extra extended warranty on the part i brought it in for and then they found two other recalls and were going to get those serviced ones for a key entry theft and i cant remember the other but i've called multiple times for an update and they've given me the run around. I had an appt today at 9am and i called seeing if my car was ready or atleast an eta on it and i what i got from it is that they told me that they have two cars that have been in there since may and they have to get those done before my car gets worked on. So now im angry still making payments on my car but my cars been in the shop for almost two months and there is 5 or 6 cars that are ahead of mine that have the same issue, so im not the only one going through this but they definitely should be making it right by giving me a loaner car since this wasnt my wrong doing this was ***s extended warranty except they told "you can rent a vehicle and pay a small fee of $65 a day until you cars done then *** will reimburse you." I will be lucky to have my car back by christmas at this point! - One angry customer that just needs some wheels to get her from a - b places without burning a hole in my bank account

    Buying process was not issue. Service ********** however dropped the ball when it came to determining if my vehicle fell in or out of extended warranty. In doing so they had my car for over 3 months. Lost keys, killed battery, never contacted me and then dismissed what the issue was with the vehicle went brought to them. Replaced a wiring harness that cost $3k plus an AGM bay which is not cheap. To finally agree that the issue was what I brought in for. Now insurance doesnt want to cover the cost for repairs. So they totaled the vehicle. Now begins the dredging thru the gap insurance process. Thanks for a horrible experience Kiefer Kia, and your crappy service ********** and advisors.

    We got a notice in the mail that our Rio needed some anti-theft features installed because of the recent spat of thefts. We made an appointment and took it in - original estimate 3 hours. At the end of the day we got a call letting us know that they actually didn't have the required parts, and it wouldn't be ready for pickup until the next day. "Fine," we think, and plan to pick it up the following day. In the morning we get a text with a service quote - they suddenly want to replace all our tires, and say that the car isn't starting and needs a new battery and to have the contacts cleaned. We say, "the car has not had any battery issues and starts just fine," they say "well, we had to jump it this morning." When they finally tell us the car is ready for pickup we head back to the dealership and there is PAINT TRANSFER on the front quarter panel, because they clearly hit something with our car! And they didn't even have the courtesy to tell us about it, they waited until we noticed and then reluctantly agreed to buff it out in the back. To add insult to injury, the car was parked in their matchbox of a parking lot so close to another vehicle we had to climb in through the passenger door. Then, on the drive home when it got dark, we realized our headlights no longer work! When we called and asked for them to fix the problems they created, they said we'd have to pay for it! We're going to file a claim with our insurance and let them deal with these charlatans - we're done being lied to.

    I purchased a 2023 Kia ******** from Kiefer in May, at the time of the sale I informed everyone from the salesperson **** to the finance department that I lived rural and that I wanted all of my paperwork sent to my P.O.Box, not my physical address. I have not gotten any paperwork, no payment coupons nothing. So today I called and they told me it was my responsibility to contact *** finance that they had nothing to do with it period. The car was financed through them I had to contact them, then the manager *********************** up on me after I complained that I had previously called 3 times and did not recieve a callback about the insurance they had me down for that I did not need. I called the insurance they had me down for and found it was in a non-existant building in ******. He told me it was irrelevent to the conversation, and refused to contact *** for me. I have purchased cars before and the dealerships have always responded back to me with *********, and I have never had to call the finance company to set up my own finance. This is absolutley crazy. Do not buy from this dealership.

    BUYER BEWARE!!!! DONT BUY A **** First off, they take forever to fix anything! Warranty coverage is a joke. We have been waiting to have our engine replaced after seizing up at only 80k miles and that there is 17 cars waiting in front of us to have engines replaced. These cars are c*** On top of that, they have been leading us on telling us months ago that it will only take 2 weeks. We call every other week to check on the status and they tell us the same thing, just 2 more weeks. They have an excuse about something on why things arent moving forward every time. We have a car payment with no car! They wont help with a rental and with the time frame it looks like its going to be months till its fixed. We have a new born baby and need means to get around with NO help from Kiefer, they lie to us over and over. DO NOT fall for there tricks, just because they offer a warranty, youll still be without a car for months, making payments, and if you want a rental its $45 per day, which seems like some scam to make more money off us! Just want to give a heads up to anyone thinking of buy a *** or going to Kiefer to buy a car, DONT DO IT!!
