- Any item deemed medically necessary by yourdoctor and or physical therapist that meets the DME guidelines, will always bedispensed as one patient per use and non-refundable or exchangeable. Any sizing or fitting issues must be donewith-in 14 days of the receipt of the item. Items that are found to be faulty by manufacturer can be exchanged forthe same item only with-in 14 days. Allitems purchased as retail without a prescription are also nonrefundable orexchangeable once worn or used.
