On September 4th, I paid Graham-Landscape $313.54 to begin work on maintenance of the flower beds, by contract they were to not mow the lawn. Payment was demanded before any work to begin. Over the month a crew came by and mowed my lawn but only removed some of the nicotiana I had allowed to go to seed for next years' flowers, and they left the other weeds and grasses in the flower beds alone. They cut down the grape ******** bordering the front lawn. Beginning of October, I sent an email firing them, because they weren't taking care of the beds, and were only doing a mow and go job. I did not want to pay someone $300/month to mow my lawn, when they considered my mowing my lawn only worth $2. Original contract was for $317 and they would mow. I declined the mowing, because I mow my lawn more often than once every two weeks. The contract I signed was for them to take care of the beds and NOT mow.Graham sent an email demanding payment the day before I fired them.I chose to fire them instead of pay ******* November then sent another email and a letter this time demanding payment.Again, I replied that I would not pay for work not done, and they already had been paid for September's work.December comes along and they add a $10 finance charge, along with a demand for another $313.54.And we are here.I have no idea how to properly attach an email from Graham's Intuit Quickbooks' receipt of payment of $313.54 on September 4th. Invoice number *****.

Graham Landscaping was contracted to repair lawn damage done by ***************** Company employees. We paid the 50% deposit to start the work (this amount was taken off our final amount owed to the roofing company) . ********* agreed in writing to pay the balance of the cost. We received written estimate of costs. When Graham Landscape workers arrived it was determined that there was not enough soil and sod ordered to complete the repair work. ***** remeasured the damaged lawn area. We asked ***** if ****, the manager of Deschutes should be called. *****, from Graham Landscaping said "No, I'll handle it. I will talk to ****". No written Change Order was ever produced or sent to us. No written, text, or email approval was ever given for an increase in cost of materials or labor to us. The repair was done October 7, 2022. On October 21 ***** sent us an invoice, back dated to October 14 for the work completed on October 7, demanding an additional payment from us of $1896.80 for additional costs that we never approved.

The ********* had Graham Landscape & Design repair their lawn after it was damaged by a third party driving on it. During the repair, on 10/07/2022, ************************* asked Graham's Maintenance Manager how much it would cost to also remove and replace the lawn that was near the damaged area, the manager measured the area and gave a ballpark figure, and they agreed verbally to just go ahead with the additional work. On 10/10/2022 the remaining work was completed for the original contract and the additional work as well. After receiving the invoice for the additional work, the ********* began to deny the additional work was discussed, denied additional measurements were taken, and denied that the work took place on additional days other than 10/07/2022, even after being shown the timestamped photos and documents. Graham's General Manager reviewed the situation in whole, and agreed that without a written agreement the invoice for the additional work should be voided. On 10/25/2022 around 8:00:AM the General Manager reached out to the ********* and notified them that the invoice was voided, and around 10/25/2022 9:00AM ************************* replied to acknowledge the resolution.

We have resolved the billing issue with Graham Landscaping and Design. Do you need a written notice of resolution sent to BBB , or does this written email suffice?

    Thank you,
