- Our main product is electronically transmitted embroidery design files. We do not offer refunds on them, once they are downloaded, however, we offer exchanges and credits if the customer has any problems or concerns. On physical goods products, we offer refunds minus restocking fee and shipping costs, if the product is not defective. If it is defective, we offer a full replacement guarantee.
