    on Sept 17 2025 I purchased a ******* hat with the 27 rings on the front of the hat from this facility. .in a size eight mens size upon receiving this hat two weeks ago ago the cap is not a size eight. compared to the size of my numerous hat collection. I had no phone number therefore, I had to email their support department. the first email I asked for a phone number because I am having an issue with the hat I purchased this email was sent on the third of October.. On October 4th I get this email from their support department stating Sorry to hear that. could you please tell me more about the issue with your new hat? Well do our best to help you resolve it.I in return wrote this issue with the ******* hat the size is suppose to be an eight and this hat is not a size eight. Im not trying to create any trouble I just want what I paid for and if you cannot do that refund my money.. the tag has a size 8 but its not a size eight, The provider will not reply to my email. I need my money refunded back to me. the address on the shipping label is Everlink Everlink ********************************* ***************. Per contact to my bank the payment was sent to Fagipa Print Mars Com.

    I recently began receiving mail at my personal home address for a company called Jersey Glory, your (BBB) letter included. I have no idea who they are but in just the little bit of research Ive done, it appears they are an overseas company/scam artists that have some how come across my address and are now fraudulently using it claiming it to be their business address in the *** both on their website and ******** page. I can only imagine where else. 
    Ive sent messages to Jersey Glory on both platforms demanding my information be removed and they will not do so. 
    Please stop sending letters to my home as I have no affiliation with the scam artists and am unable to help resolve these issues.
