    "I had got financed for an automobile and I had insurance when i bought the car then 3 months later they said the insurance is not good enough and added almost 3k to my loan and I told them to pick up the car because I wasn't informed about this and it took them over 5 months later to pick it up. They are crooks they waited to get the car so they can add another almost 7k to the loan again to add their own insurance."

    "I called to get an explanation for WHY OCCU had sent an address update to my Old physical address & Not my **** mailing address = 5 Minutes, on HOLD then, disconnected after explaining my problem to ********* = I, immediately, called back with No callers in the * & got ******, who wanted me to explain the problem, again & I asked for ********* = 5 Minutes, on HOLD then, I hung up & called back with No callers in the * & got ******, again, who said ********* had gone home = I explained the problem to ********* only made it WORSE with explanations that were ************************ = 10 Minutes, on HOLD, while she asked someone for answers & came back with the SAME Stupid explanations that she, already, gave me for WHY a NEW "physical" Address was sent to an OLD "physical" Address, when there was a **** P.O." ...
