    They are crooks. Even when you cancel the monthly subscription, they will still remove money! No phone support, have to fill out a form to get money back. They are basically banking on people forgetting about it. The software itself is just not worth the headache and money they take out.Buyer beware!!

    We respectfully disagree with the user's review. The user subscribed to a paid monthly premium account in September 2024. On December 10, they visited the account cancellation page and canceled their subscription. However, on December 12, they reactivated their account and downgraded to a standard account. On January 13, they canceled their account again and requested a refund. Per our terms of service, we promptly refunded their most recent charge on the same day the request was made. While it is correct that we do not offer phone support, we provide responsive live chat and email support to address any concerns efficiently.

    All due respect, i never went back and reactivated my account. I was told that I never cancelled and that I put it on hold instead. Which I didnt do either. If i did put my account on hold, It would have been $2.99 a month not 20. The fact is though, i never reactivated my account. I have no idea how it suddenly showed a reactivation, because it was NOT me. I was on this chat with them for hours going around and around. Just give me the refund, replace the funds already so then after spending all that time on chat going back and forth, they gave me a form to fill out. What? Now you want me to fill out a form??? *******. I dont have time for this. Just give me the refund. I mean why cant they look and see that i never used the account and perhaps their system is buggy?? Or maybe something even shadier? It shouldnt be this hard to get your money back on a service you didnt want and tried to cancel. Just give me my money already. So then the lady flat out said no we cant give you a refund until you fill this form out. It can take up to 48 hours for us to get back to you and then another 10 - 30 days until it credits your account. Just give me my money back, I canceled the service and you still charged me! So then i told them that Im calling my bank then to dispute charges and then im going to write my review. I write a review on trust pilot, write a complaint to bbb, log onto my bank account and low and behold, there is the refund. That was too hard and wasted hours of my time. Here is a true review about this company. They delete all reviews, there is no ****** reviews and its all paid advertising touting what a great product it is. We need real reviews. This is one of them. They have really bad customer service. The platform is not worth the headache or the price.

    I signed up for what I thought was a monthly subscription for LivePlan. I was subsequently charged $144 for an annual subscription. I have not used the software at all since signing up and they will not refund me since Im 2 days over the 35 day money back guarantee. They had me fill out a form for their accounting department after requesting to speak with someone else. The software is great, but overall disappointed in their unwillingness to refund or prorate.
