**** Hayes is very unstable as a person. She has harassed, lied to, and tried to blackmail people. She got extremely upset when she was caught doing shady business and the word lawyer was mentioned. I really think she needs to go to therapy or something before she works with people. If you look at their other reviews youll see this is common behavior for her. Her employees complain about her and hate working for her. This is the worst customer service experience we have ever dealt with.

I went here to trade in my 05 dodge ram for a $3,990 **** ranger and I had the ranger for just a week not 30 days, in fact January 16th is when I got the ranger, I dont know where she came up with 30 days already, today is 1/31, I have pics of me in my ram two weeks ago from when Im posting this review or so and I inquired about a civic because I wanted something different than the ranger and she calls me today 1/31 to tell me the deal is off and I have a weird feeling about this and starts a ******** match with me through text which is childish and. very unprofessional, Ive never even heard of a customer getting charged these fees and where or how they pulled them out of their ***, all I wanted was my truck back since they didnt want to go through with the deal that wasnt even finalized hence the reason I dont even get why they posted it for sale or detailed it, I didnt consent to a detail or advertising fees, thats on them, they were supposed to pay off my 05 ram to my lender as a trade in but they didnt, so the agreement was to just swap back vehicles because **** hayes has a bad feeling about the deal Its funny how her mentioning a $125 detailing fee in the texts didnt include all the other fees listed in the email screenshot, this was just a simple trade back because they chose to not go through with the deal since they didnt pay ****** lending group who is the lender on my 05 ram, I found out they didnt pay when ****** lending called me wanting a payment and I was confused because team hayes had already had the truck posted for sale, which you can see in the pic below, they wont get a dime from me, what a joke and a scam they are, im a veteran and a single father and I really dont deserve this treatment when all I went to them for was a different vehicle that could give me a little better( mpg ) and a lower overall cost of vehicle and instead I get slammed with made up fees as you can see below, they couldent even come up with proof.

************ was a previous customer and so when he came into our dealership asking for help, we decided to try to assist. He was buried in a car loan he couldn't afford, had already had one recent repossession and was facing another. We provided him a solution: he could trade in his current vehicle, we would pay off the loan, and sell him a less expensive vehicle. Because of his poor credit, we ran into some obstacles trying to get him a new car loan, so we agreed to in house finance the loan. We hadn't finalized the details of that in house loan. ************ waited a couple of weeks, long enough to be sure we had paid off his vehicle, and then decided he didn't want the car we were selling him. Fortunately for us, we hadn't paid his vehicle off yet, since the deal wasn't finalized, and we asked him to bring our car back, and pick his up. A situation like this incurs charges: we paid to advertise his trade in, thinking we were purchasing it, we put gas in both vehicles, we had to pay staff to work on his pending deal and then pay staff to unwind the deal, we detailed both vehicles and we lost potential customers on the vehicle he was supposed to purchase because we thought it was sold. We invoiced him for those amounts. The text messages exchanged were not anything other than professional. We asked that we bring our vehicle back because it was clear he was trying to get his current vehicle paid off and had every intention of dropping the "newly purchased" vehicle back off at our lot once that was done. He was rude to our staff, he was snarky and ungrateful. We went out on a limb to try to help him, and he treated us like garbage. We offered to close out the deal with only $125 in charges for the detail we did to his trade in vehicle, and he refused, said "send it to collections". Now he has a $915 invoice that will not get paid, much like his other debts we were trying to help him reconcile. I am happy to provide records of all text messages and invoices. It was clear ************ was trying to work the system and take advantage of our good natures. We do not want his business now or in the future.
