    My 85 year old Uncle hired this company to replace his furnace & heat pump. My Uncle took equity out of his house to pay the $13,156. After it was installed it quit working after a short time. The company came out and fixed it but that lasted a few days. They tried to up sale a wireless thermostat saying thats the problem, this is after they sold him the current thermostat. Eventually the company would not return any phone calls. I tried a few times but no answer and no response whatsoever. My Uncle went without his furnace/heat pump for ten months using 3 portable heaters during that time. Im pretty sure they did not get a permit. (My opinion) looking at the work. I replaced the thermostat wire and the system has been working for a couple months. I feel this company took complete advantage of my Uncle. I would NEVER recommend this company.
