    Order placed on 3/3/2025, today is 5/27/25 and have not received product or any email response regarding the order. I have sent multiple emails and refund request. Now all the links are invalid to store and order

    I placed an order on Dec 1st, 2024. To date, April 9th, 2025; I have still yet to receive my order. Initially, I contacted the company and was told they were having product quality issues and was told I would get additional free product. Months went by, I contacted again and was told that my order would ship that same week. Another month went by and I contacted asking about the order and have not received a response since. I have sent email asking for refund and again, no response. I also paid for express shipping.

    On March ******* I made a purchase from Bang pouches for a total of $49.00. Their website advertises free expedited shipping!. On March ******* I received an email that a shipment is on the way. I have attempted to reach out to the company on 3 seperate occasions about my order, 2 times regarding cancelling the order since I didnt hear back from them the first time. They advertise our team is available 24/7 to help you. Typical response times is a few hours due to high demand.this is quoted directly from the bottom of their website. I emailed them on 3/25/25, 4/3, and early the morning of 4/6 with no response, no product, no idea when I will receive the product as the shipping information gives me no information, and no refund.

    Order Number: 1974 Order Date: January 14, 2025 Total Amount: $49 **************** pouches from the company and never got my order. I went to issue a charge back and then the company reached out. I was told that shipment would be delayed because of a tainted batch. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and canceled my charge back. Email correspondence shows this exchange was on January 30, 2025. I emailed them back on February 18 asking for a status and was told the shipment would be sent the following week. It is now March 3, 2025 and I have heard nothing from them. I don't think this company is legitimate. I do have an email chain to support my claim.
