            I paid batteries plus $309 to replace my phone screen. They replaced the screen but in the process broke my phone. They were evasive when I called and asked questions, claiming to not have any contact information for me when they did. I dropped the phone off on August 27th and they kept the phone until September 7th with little communication. When I received the phone and things were not in working order, I asked for a refund and they refused to do so unless they took the screen off again. I asked if they could just replace it with my old screen again and they said no, even though since the phone is broken there is no use for the screen. They offered to get me a new phone that isn't the same as the one I have now, still with no refund and they would take my current phone. I am going through my phone provider to get a new phone simply because I want to stop dealing with this business, but the old phone still does not work even though I paid for repairs.

            Outrageously RUDE and HORRIBLE business practices! When we asked for their price for the batteries for our APS battery backup, we were asked if this was for personal or business ues? We were quoted an "exact price" of "$40 to $50 dollars." That's a terrible "exact" price! We had another unit with us that needed batteries and when we inquired for their price for replacement, the salesperson told us, "I don't know!!!" and would not give us a price. In short, because we asked why they needed to know whether our units were for personal or business use, they got nasty and would not sell us the batteries we needed.
