              I had $68,000 dollars of upgraded done by Ultamate Airstream that is part of Airstream Adventures Northwest LLC I have listed in the *** all the issues but for brevity sake I had solar installed that was not wired with the proper wires, it does not work without blowing the 300 amp fuse, causing the inverter not to work and a possible fire hazard. I had 3 other professionals look at the unit and finally had to call Victron the mananifacture of the product only to find the installation is sub standard. Please look at the *** i have attached plus an email i sent to ***** the person in charge at Ultamate as well as the sales person at Victron.... Thank you. I want the unit fixed ASAP, and i want reimbursement for unexpected costs all detailed in the *** included.

              I ordered a new 2022 Airstream trailer in August of 2021. They delivered it in March 2022. After having it for a couple of weeks, I noticed that it was missing a vinyl piece on the front right side of the trailer. I took it in to the dealer, they tried to apply the vinyl but failed to get it on right. So I called the factory in ****, thinking that they had not put in on. That is when I was told that it had vinyl on it when it left the factory, but the trailer was damaged in transit, something the dealer had concealed from me, or I would have never bought a damaged trailer for $67,000. They have tried to put the vinyl on 3 times now and failed, they have had my trailer for almost 2 months now. I have asked them to see the damage report to know the extent of the damage, but so far they have not made it available to me.
