    My property management has not been doing their jobs. My heater/ AC mini split has been broke for the past 2 1/2 years and they just keep sending someone out to look at it but its still not fixed and they won't replace it. They tell me fyi its not meant to heat your whole house you have wall heaters and two plug in one we provided. Those do not keep my house warm that mini split helps more than they think, On top of that my electric bill is way higher than normal because of all this and they don't want to give me a discount on rent or anything for not having a functional heater for the past 2 1/2 years. Its freezing in my house even with the plug ins and wall heaters because it not insulated well and my doors have gaps that cold air comes under. They are rude, they don't give 24 hour notices when they do come, they are more like 6-8 hour notices and they bang on my door till I answer even if I tell them my home isn't available at that time because they didn't give me a notice, they are slumlords and its not right the way I have been treated.

    I was on the wait list for months, got invited to lease an apartment, and then they worked 3 months to deny me, after i was already "approved" and signed documents to lease.They "lost" paperwork over and over.They made it clear that my construction job was an issue, because of slow periods in work. I informed them I'll get unemployment benefits for those weeks. They then made me verify I will get unemployment, which I signed saying "during slow times". They then said "you're denied". They falsified and made up their own completely innacurate numbers when adding my income, thus denying me. They said that i will receive full unemployment AND was able to collect full salary, despite ALL paperwork showing I don't work a full year, and don't get a year of unemployment, let alone collect both at once. My state of Oregon issued award letter, for unemployment benefits, states that I am only eligible for *********************************** writing that I will only work ***** months a year. This is all after filling out 6 or 7 different forms showing my salary, along with my paystubs, AND my award letter. I personally know 3 moms currently residing here that NEVER had this kind of trouble. If you have a masculine construction job/seasonal work, they will deny you because they can't correspond correctly, they lie, and they completely falsify all info given to them. Nobody collecting unemployment can be accepted because they will annualize things that are impossible to be recieved. Being homeless for over 3 months to get ready to move in, with 3 kids, after told I was approved and signed paperwork, AND being completely within guidelines, cost me a lot of time and money for their clerical errors, misrepresentation of guidelines/rules, blatant discrimination, and falsification of documentation including notarized documents. Attach file shows claim that you can recieve full unemployment AND full salary, and the voodoo mathematics they falsified.

    The property in question is subsidized through the *** Tax Credit program. The ********** Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) supports the acquisition, construction, and rehabilitation of affordable rental housing for low- and moderate-income tenants. To qualify for the program, applicants must undergo an income certification process.
    To ensure accuracy and compliance, we use a professional third-party service to verify our calculations and confirm applicant eligibility, as any errors could jeopardize the entire project.
    After receiving this complaint, we asked the third-party service to provide a response. Instead, they reopened the file and are currently reviewing any new documents the complainant has provided.
