      Hello, my deepest apologies for this complaint to your company  I accidentally filed it under your business not realizing it was the wrong business  I tried reasoning out to BBB to have them help resolve this but I havent heard anything yet. But I will resolve this dispute and hopefully BBB will help with the rest. Again, so sorry for this mistake! Wish you the best of luck with your business.

      res a settling problem & the windows have shifted. noticeable drafts in the home. Cobalt said there was nothing they can do. Upon signing the lease We were given a utility sheet to transfer the following in our name. Gas, water, electricity, trash and internet. No other utilities were ever mentioned all year long until we informed Cobalt of our increased utility bills due to the crack in the house, upon which Cobalt notified us for the first time of a year long delinquent sewage bill which is not in our name. Cobalt is demanding we pay this bill. They were willing to negotiate however when we stated that it was an unfair ask they took the negotiations away and demanded we pay even more than previously asking. The fact is we have paid every bill of ours on ********** concerns and issues has been completely unresolved and ignored the entire length of the lease agreement. We have been retaliated against for having complaints.

      There was only ONE time it was a neighborhood concert, I have over 25 complaints to you and the city about noise alone WITH PROPER PROOF. 

      Also, when your tenant agressively banged on my door I WAS NOT FILMING HIM, I was taking something to my garage!

      Last night I was woken at **** by loud hammering on his car and then him revving his motocycle engine at 2am. 

      There have been enough complaints to evict the tenant long before now, along with plenty of legal proof.

      Cobalt Properties Group has acted within our legal rights to remedy the complaints submitted by ******************************  Many of her reported issues (trash, disorderly conduct, etc) have not been recurring issues as we have addressed with our renters. Recently, noise complaints have been frequent but as evidenced in the videos submitted to our company by the complainant, such noise complaints have sometimes been concerts being hosted by neighboring businesses, etc and have nothing to do with our renter. For the few valid noise complaints, violation notices have been issued to our renters but behavior has not been repetitive enough and/or severe enough to warrant judicial eviction.


      In response to her comment about our renter banging on her door, that occurred after our renter saw her filming him over the fence line and he wanted to inquire as to why he was being filmed. There have been no further noise complaints since this occurrence.
      Both renters being complained about are not continuing their tenancy and have let us know they feel harassed by this neighbor.
      We are confident we are handling these complaints within the bounds of ****** Landlord Tenant Law, and while we cannot share details of our actions with this complaining neighbor, steps are being taken to ensure the lease agreement is being adhered to.
