      How are these people on business still? I rented from them for six years and they are POS! Leaking windows, slider doors falling off, nothing was maintained! Then they evicted me for harassment over maintenance request. They won't talk to you in person, they only communicate through an app so take screen shots because they delete your proof of request! Anyways I won my eviction, and now they still give me bad references. When I never paid a dime late. This property has now been run down and I can't believe it's not condemned.

      Stay far away from this company, rented a studio apartment in **** on Broadway Street. They charged $2600 deposit, when we arrived, the apartment hadn't been cleaned, we had to clean it ourselves. Then, in the winter, while it is snowing, the owner would turn off the heat to save money. When we moved they did not communicated anything about our deposit after many repeated attempts to reach by phone or email. The business is very shady and I am in the process of filing small claims court with them. This is the first time I haven't gotten my deposit back or any communication from the rental company and I have lived in Ohio, *************, ***** and northern Oregon. Please do not fall victim to this company that takes advantage of the less fortunate.
