    Bought a new vehicle and was assured that service center would be providing service to ensure warranty cover.No communication, business closed, now expected to travel 3 hours over a mountain range to nearest service center every time vehicle needs servicing.I would like compensation for fuel charges incurred in traveling to Lithia ****** and credit against service costs to compensate for additional mileage.

    I purchased a used car. 7 days after buying it it stopped working. When I took it in they said the repair would be weeks or months. This was a known issue with the car. The last time Lithia Nissan of Bend worked on this car it took 4 months to return it to the owner and then the car worked for 4K miles before the same issue returned. There was no support from the dealership. They were happy to listen but offered no resolution. They use their structure of multiple brands in one location to create confusion about which dealer is responsible. There has been almost zero communication from Lithia about the status of the repair. They cannot tell what is wrong with the car and they seem to be trying to delay progress on a resolution so the limited (60 day, **** mi) warranty runs out before the car is fixed. I purchased a car that they represented as being a useable car, it was not. It had a major issue with it and they chose to sell the car regardless. Despite numerous inquiries about the car no information about the existing major flaw was conveyed to me. I would like to be contacted by the Bend BBB to discuss this further. I have sought legal representation to resolve this. Used car dealerships should not be able to sell their problems to consumers and expect that fraudulent actions and activity will be tolerated by consumers, communities and regulatory agencies.
