            We had our New construction house inspected by TCB home inspections on July 25th, 2020.We arrived when the inspection was scheduled to start, ************************* was already there, told us he had done the inspection and found no problems. I asked about under the house, he stated he had crawled all of it, everything was good.One year later, when we were selling the house, the Buyers inspector went under the house and found one of the heat ducts laying on the ground, blowing warm air under the house. There was no hole cut for it- it had never been installed!I had to see for myself, I opened the hatch and looked in- I could see it without even going under.It was very obvious- a blind man could have seen it.It is clear to me that ***** did NOT go under the house- I paid $425.00 for nothing.If you are reading this, find an honest inspector and stay away from this guy.
