I placed an order through the Gruns website on 9/8/25. After a week, my order had still not shipped. I decided to respond via email to the order receipt I got, which I realized was from a random *********** email address, not an official one from Gruns. I did not receive a response from the email address for several days, so I reached out directly to the company on their website. I received a response today saying they had no record of the order in their system and they are saying I didnt place the order through them. In the meantime, I have filed a claim with my credit card company and they have provisionally processed a refund while they look into it, but I am afraid my personal information is entirely insecure.Initial Complaint

I made my first order with Gruns and I got my first package on August 21st and I set up auto delivery with this company and theyre supposed to deliver every four weeks and somehow on September 9, 2025. I got charged a little over $170 for an order that I did not place. I have been sending emails to this company since September 9 and even called the company and I still have heard nothing back. I also have been trying to return this product but every time I try to, I get an error message saying that they cannot return the money back to the original payment method.Initial Complaint

I contacted the business as instructed to cancel my subscription, a week later, didnt hear anything back, and the shipment continues as of the business just ignore the message and continue to charge for however long like like to.Initial Complaint

I did not sign up for auto-ship. I sent them an email when they said they were preparing to ship my order. Was not answered. There is no phone number for the company listed anywhere. When you try and log into your account it changes screens and won't let you. There are numerous similar complaints on here- this should be closed immediately. Placed initial order for product 7/31/25, never received product. Sent email to company, they sent out replacement order 8/13/25 - never received that product either. Have contacted them several times via email, no response. Now they are trying to charge me $184 for a recurring subscription which I did initially sign up for but not for that large of an amount. I have emailed several times & left a voice msg, no response. I have indicated in emails NOT to continue my subscription but again today they are trying to charge my account. Thank you for the follow-up. The company finally contacted me after I sent another email advising them I was contacting BBB and putting an alert on my credit card. Terrible customer service, no contact phone number, no email replies after several tries, regarding a ******************** of product due to it causing nausea. I got one reply that someone would be contacting me within ***** hours, but no one ever did, even after a second attempt at contact. There was a vendor that popped up on my Apple wallet connected to my MasterCard and it attempt for them to scam me with a product thatI never even heard of. I made sure to reach out to my credit card company and yet this company is still attempting to charge me fourtimes a day. I have screenshots and I want them to leave me alone. This is harassment. I did not ever authorize any type of Communication or client relationship with them. Grns billing is seriously defective and their customer services **** simply do not listen. We had a standing order for two bags and had a volume discount. Price was about $80. We liked the product so much we decided to increase to three bags. Suddenly the price shot up to $200. This is insane. **************** blatantly kept ignoring the problem and just kept sending a calculation as though that justified incorrect billing. Now we're trying to cancel the order and start over. That's just as nuts.Business Response

Our Response & Actions
The customers initial order included a one-time promotional discount of 30%, which did not extend to subsequent recurring subscription orders. They also selected limited-edition, higher-priced items as part of their order. We understand how this may have created confusion around billing.
To resolve the matter, we have fully refunded the customer ($211.46) as of September 3, 2025.
Their subscription has also been cancelled and no further billing will occur.
We regret the confusion and have reviewed our internal processes to help reduce the chance of similar situations in the future.

The customer has been refunded in full and their subscription cancelled. We consider this matter resolved from our end. If the customer or ******************** wishes to discuss further, Im happy to engage directly.

Good afternoon, my son used one time my phone to order Gruns product. Since then, the Gruns company keeps texting my on daily basis with their promotions and offers. I am not able to block it, even I mark it as a junk and block it, they keep coming every day, sometimes 2 times a day. The company has no phone number, I found an old phone on the website and it either didn't go through or it was a different company. I sent couple of e-mails to them and finally 8/27/25 ***** from SLC responded to me, that that will unsubscribe me, but I still keep getting daily text messages.This company has no direct phone number, no reliable customer service and keeps harassing me with their daily text messages. Would you please let the company know, that they should have a clear address and phone number on file, make sure customers can cancel their promotions and able to block their annoying e-mails/text messages. I ended this subscription eight months go, and I never renewed it.But now, all of a sudden, they are taking money out of my account.And sending these to me monthly and I have sent them several emails.Telling them I never renewed this.I never ordered these again.I do not want them, but they continue to take money and send them
