    ******** identify account ******* unit D.An amount of $68.48 purchase from omniguard sevurity in April 2023.Item was return as per tracking informed receipt. Numerous email forwarded to omniguard prove fruitless in regards to the refund. I have sent the tracking number and receipt of item delivered, as directed by the company representative .

    Hello, I believe you have issued this complaint against the wrong company.  We do not ship anything to other states and we do not show you as being a customer.  We are a local ********************** company in OR and have nothing to do with this purchase or refund. Could you please remove this complaint? Thank you.

    Our alarm goes off untriggered, scaring the c**p out of ** and our animals. Last time it went off in the middle of the night blaring, "Fire! Fire!" and it's not even connected to our smoke alarms. When I called, I was routed through a variety of numbers to call, and finally got in touch with a technical support person named ***** who's a lot of talk and no action.

    Hello, I am glad that my team was able to respond and get you taken care of by performing an onsite audit of your system.  I would appreciate if we could remove the complaint from the BBB since it was not us who you directly contacted (it was *************** who owns your alarm contract) and the issues had nothing to do with our system directly.  We don't have any devices that annunciate "Fire".  That is typically smoke detectors that are installed as part of the construction of the house.  We don't deal with any fire related security or systems.  Thank you and please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.  Please reach out to us directly and we typically will respond within 24 hours or less.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is somewhat satisfactory to me.

    I find their response completely disingenuous. The fact is that I did contact ******** originally, and they referred me to the company they say was responsible. But they were the ones who were able to easily fix it, and if they had just taken responsibility instead of brushing me off, all this could have been avoided.
