I reviewed my current credit report and there is a fraudulent account on my ********************** report named Kovo Credit. This account is fraudulent! my identity was stolen and also I am a victim of ************ breach where my information was also stolen. Kovo credit I have been on time with my payments , you all charged the incorrect banking information still although I updated correct information. Ive pulled my credit report on identity IQ and have found some inaccurate information that requires removal. I am in the process of purchasing a home and I know they will pull my credit and this false information will hurt me.Kovo CNDC1AD39 this late payment on 09/2024 requires removal because I paid on time and it is reporting inaccurate dates on late payments. I have asked multiple times for mthis documentation but yet they refuse to provide this information. **** is reporting to all three credit reporting agencies settlement for less than amount . Also on one agency **** is reporting all on time payments, 60 days late and settlement for less than amount! This company is reporting anything it just depends on how they feel at the moment.

I am rejecting this response because: Kovo has been asked multiple times to provide the signed documents of the settlement agreement, the amount of the settlement and the notice of any late payments 21 days prior . **** has refused to provide this information but yet continues to report derogatory remarks on my consumer file. Also **** hasnt mentioned how the company keeps attempting to extort me out of money to remove the information.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against **** for knowingly reporting false and defamatory information to Equifax, Experian, and **********. **** has falsely stated that I had a settlement agreement with their company and is inaccurately reporting a history of 60-day late payments. I affirm under penalty of perjury that I have never entered into any such agreement and never authorized any account or payment with this company.I am a documented victim of identity theft and have submitted my FTC Identity Theft Report, along with supporting documentation (ID, lease, and SSN), multiple times to both the credit bureaus and KOVO. Despite this, **** continues to knowingly report inaccurate and fraudulent data in violation of 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2(a) and (b), and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). This conduct also raises serious concerns under 18 U.S.C. 1028A (aggravated identity theft).Additionally, I have email evidence showing that **** attempted to demand payment from me in exchange for removing this false information from my credit report. This is not only unethicalit constitutes attempted extortion. Such actions appear to violate both federal and state consumer protection and extortion statutes.I am requesting immediate investigation, removal of all KOVO-related entries from my credit reports, and sanctions as appropriate.
