    If there was a 0-star option that would have been my choice. Plantworks is an absolute disaster, the owner is extremely rude. After months and months of requesting a bill, she finally got to it and sent me a bill....it was just under 2 years to get my first bill from her! I am upset that I paid for it since the quality of the work was a joke. The workers stopped maintaining our yard and were just simply mowing the grass. We had asked many times why the yard was not being pruned etc and just got a sack of lies. We finally fired Plantworks and that's when the owner really went nuts! She sent many threatening emails, would not leave my wife alone, and was full of BS. I really hope nobody has to experience this and I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding this company (mainly the horrid owner)

    We inherited services from Plantworks when we purchased our new home. From the beginning, they were very difficult to communicate with and did not provide us with a bill. We contacted them numerous times asking for a bill and how to pay with no response. After almost ***************************************************** tandem, their services started to diminish. Without any communication, they did not prune our bushes and stopped services for 6 weeks without notifying us. During this time, we were not living at our house since it was being remodeled. It is my opinion that ****** knew this and was taking advantage of our absence. When we saw our yard was a disaster we immediately reached out. This is the first time ****** let us know that the weather was the reason for the lack of pruning and that they had stopped coming for the last 6 weeks. She explained that our yard was not a disaster because of lack of service but rather because of the types of plants in our garden. I then reached out to two other lawn services who recognized that no work was done (it was not the types of plants). When I called to terminate, ****** yelled at me repeatedly. ****** comes off as super sweet which is why we stuck with her but I wish I would have followed my gut and canceled after the first billing issue. Do not hire this service. This is a clear theme, our neighbor described a similar situation from a few years ago.
