      On Sept. 24, 2025, I placed an online order for a Big Green Egg Mini Egg Charcoal Smoker ******, order #***** from this company. This was the full price for this item, similar to several other vendors and not a discounted price. With a great delay, the smoker was delivered 2 weeks later, in what appeared to be an improvised packing, with many broken parts and missing multiple items that were supposed to be included or not broken: Here are the problems with what I received:1. Fire box broken into several pieces (a $47 + tax value)2. Fire ring broken into several pieces (a $42 + tax value)3. Missing handle ($30 + tax)4. Missing Temperature gauge ($35 + tax)5. Missing ceramic damper ($32 + tax)6. Missing daisy metal top ($40 + tax)7. Missing instruction manual ('Egg and band assembly instructions')8. Missing Big Green Egg Safety Tips 9. Missing Big Green Egg Check List Al those for an item that I paid a full price on as a new smoker.I had to contact the company several times, after informing them I planned to file complaints with the BBB, Small Claims Court in OR and the Big Green Egg, after recurrent delays they said they would offer a full refund after I sent them pictures of the items (which I did) but this has not yet happened. All I want is a full refund and a prepaid RMA so I can return what I got from them.

      I placed an order with Grillworks for a holiday gift in the amount of $55.43 at the address of ********************************************************** OR and never received the item.

      Seriously?

      Customer contacted us at ****** on November 8th, requesting a status on her order, as she had not yet received it. See attachment.

      At 7:15am on November 8, we replied that staff arrives at 9am and that we would research and resolve. See attachment.

      At 9:34am on November 8, we confirmed that it had not shipped due to out of stock.

      At 9:34am on November 8, we issued a full refund in the amount of $55.43. See attachment.

      Then, same day, she sends a complaint that she has been denied a refund?

      Not sure what more we could have done than issue a refund in full within 2.5 hours of her contacting us.

      This matter is quite certainly closed.
