    On June 6th,2024 I placed an order for a tower air conditioner. However I was suppose to purchase a window unit. On the same day @6:26pm I contacted your customer service at ************ and spoke a representative named ******. I provided ****** with all the information to cancel the order. Per ******, she was sending the request to cancel over to the refunds department and I will get call/email and receive my refund in 24 to 36 hours. I never received a follow-up call or refund. Forward to June 11th,2024 received an email stating order #****** was being sent. I contacted Vernier customer service again at ************ and spoke a representative named ******. I again explained having put in an order to cancel this purchase with ******. Per ****** my order will be canceled an a email confirmation will be sent. Received no email after speaking with ******. On June 12th, no email confirmation. I arrive home from work (today June 12th) and this supposively canceled order has been delivered to my home by **** I DON'TWANT THIS PRODUCT. After going thru all the unsatisfactory service and responses from your company. I will never deal with Vernier again. I don't care how you do it, send some type of label to return this product back to your company and begin processing my refund. If I don't received any return confirmation, I will be leaving this product with *** for return to Vernier Shops. I'm sending this to your support department for documentation since talking with your customer service is useless. Hopefully I can get a response from your customer support by the end of today.*************************

    I ordered battery warming gloves. They came in just a bag with no directions no battery and no charger. Anotherwards not as advertised I have had many back and forth messages from them and they told me they needed to check with administration on a return label. I have tried calling and leaving messages and texting them and they have completely blown me off I also filed a complaint with the ** ** they sent them a letter and still no resolution. The ** office suggested I file here if they continue to not take care of the problem
