I hired Deep Clean Carpet Cleaners, LLC to clean carpet for a condo in ********. Owner's name is ****** *******. 1. First incident: The carpet I have in the condo is a commercial grade carpet which has very low nap that enables to extract water easily. Deep Clean Carpet Cleaners did such a horrible job that fungus grew on the carpet and carpet was smelling really bad. I have never seen fungus growing on the carpet and smelling so bad after the cleaning process. Per the instruction I had windows open and fans for several day for drying. I have reached out to the owner, ******, expressing my concern and asked him to come out to evaluate the situation. He refused, telling he is in the business for many many years. Then I thought there may be problem with my carpet. 2. Second incident. I saw again another flyer in ****** where I own another home, 3 rooms for $109. I didn't realize this is the same business Deep Clean Carpet Cleaners who did the carpet cleaning for the condo in ********. I hired this business again on 06/22/25 to clean commercial grade carpet that has low carpet nap. The owner came and start adding treatments such as heavy soil and made the bill $260. He doesn't start a job until the bill is paid through Zille. While I was searching Zille with his phone number, I found this business right away because he did the ******** condo job. I paid him. Per his advice the house was wide open, all the doors and windows for 8 hours to get dry. A day later I came back to the house for cleaning, witnessed fungus has grown and carpet smelling real bad. This time I took photos; if need I can provide.I have to hire another carpet cleaner who removed the smell and all fungus.More photos available upon request.I have following complaints:1. This business tricks public by putting out flyers indication 3 rooms for $109 to get the business, then starts adding treatments. 2. Doesn't use steam for cleaning.3. Doesn't extract water properly.
