  I sent a designed ad that I liked but it did have a few tweaks that needed to be made. **** sent me an updated version which was exactly what I wanted it to look like on the first edit! Great experience and will definitely use them again!

  This company did a wonderful job creating my advertising that will also benefit a local school as well as my business. I didnt have to do the work because the art department was able to draw on my website to create the ad. As a business owner who is extremely busy, this was really helpful.

  We paid last summer for this advertising for our small paint business and now the guys phone is disconnected and we never received any updates or calls from this company or the real estate company he claimed would get the packets. We did call to check and the real estate said yes they do get fliers from companies dropped off for them to use, so we assumed it was real.

  This company is a scam. They con the schools into something then do not deliver. I have contacted the school associated with this advertising, and the school associates that I talk to has never even heard of them. They also refuse to let advertisers out of the contract promised even though no product has ************ not Pay this company anything. They will scam you, not deliver a product, not give you the correct information in regards to who to contact with where the product is supposed to go, and on top of that artwork is never sent out or approved.

  ****** entered into an advertising agreement with City Connect, and we fulfilled all terms of that agreement in full and on time. Her ad was completed and delivered within the 120-day production window outlined in our contract. In fact, delivery occurred ahead of schedule.
  A digital proof of her ad was sent to her for approval on November 22, 2024. We received no response.
  
  
  The completed folders were delivered, and *** tracking number 1Z5908190345690633 confirms receipt.
  
  
  We have a signed contract with the school in question, and verification of both the school agreement and ad placement can be provided.
  
  
  ****** contacted us prior to the projected delivery date demanding a refund. At that point, the ad was in production, and there had been no breach of contract. Nonetheless, our team responded promptly and provided her with direct contact information for our school partner to help resolve any confusion. She never followed up with us after that call.
  
  We remain willing to send her a hard copy of the completed folder, and we stand by the fact that we have met every obligation.
  
  City Connect has fulfilled this agreement in good faith. The claims made in this complaint, including allegations of fraud and non-delivery, are false and damaging. We respectfully ask that this complaint be reconsidered and removed, as it does not reflect the facts of the transaction.

  Yes I would love a hard copy of the folder and I did indeed follow up with the school and they too were concerned with what your company stated to be true and had not heard anything in regards to production or an arrival date. Also school is out in less than 4 weeks so thanks for the free ($480 later) advertising for the end of the school term. I still stand by what I say in your company is a scam, and it does not extensively describe the product that youre hoping to **** off as free advertising.

  Thank you for your response. We sent you a hard copy of the folder to the address we have on file today. I sent an email detailing the following on May 12, 2025, as I hadn't received a response. I responded to the artwork I sent you in February and am responding again here. 

  
  The graphic artist assigned to your account completed and sent artwork to you for review on November 22, 2024, but we received no response. I resent it to you on February 11, 2025, when you and I spoke on the phone. The school is under contract with us to distribute and use the folders. I also sent a clip from our contact with the school in hopes of alleviating any worry regarding the school's use of the folders. According to the terms of the agreement, the advertising year begins upon delivery, not at the time of purchase, and the folders will remain in use through March 2026, ensuring you receive a full 12-month advertising term as promised. 

  
  On May 12, 2025, I reached out to you by email and provided you with the emails for the artwork we sent in November, as well as the wording from our contract with the schools. Showing that they have to use the folders or would be in breach of contract. 

  
  We understand you may feel this wasnt what you expected, but we respectfully stand by the product and the service delivered. Strong language like scam misrepresents the situation and doesnt reflect the actual situation, as we fulfilled the agreement.

  Don't do business with them. They are late on printing and the folders arrive at the schools late. We were told that the schools would have the folders by mid August, just in time for classes to begin. It is now mid October and one school will get them in a week and the other school - well, those folders have not gone to print yet.On top of this, both schools that we advertised with already have folders from another supplier and have passed them out to the children. City Connect says, "you will get a full year's use." Not true. The City Connect folders will be put in a closet somewhere since they passed out the competitor folders. City Connect says, "They will be in violation our agreement with them and the school will have to make your whole." Please. The school doesn't care. They got the folders for free. No way will a school write a check to an advertiser they never heard of."But you will still get a FULL YEAR'S time of use with the folders." But that is simply not true. They are NOT going to collect the competitor's folders from the kids and then pass out City Connect's. Then what about when it is October of next year? Will they delay those new school year's customers just we can get our full year because they are late today?Don't do it. There are other providers out there that already have their folders at the schools.Also note the other reviews in this BBB web page. They are clearly fake reviews.Don't do it.

  We would like to respond to this review, even though we thought the situation had been handled in September when we partially refunded ***** due to delays.
  
  ***** purchased with City Connect on April 23, 2024, to advertise in folders for two local schools. Due to the current economic conditions affecting small businesses nationwide, we encountered unusual delays in securing enough advertisers to complete the print runs on time. On September 27, 2024, we let him know he would receive a full refund on one of the schools due to these delays. However, the second schools folders were printed and had shipped so we couldn't cancel that one. We can provide *** tracking confirmation of delivery.
  
  As part of our commitment to our sponsors, we have written agreements with our partnered schools. These agreements require the schools to use the folders for a full year upon delivery, regardless of when they are received. This ensures our sponsors get the full exposure they paid for, even in cases of scheduling changes. We take additional steps to protect our clients, including contract terms with the schools that hold them accountable if they fail to meet their responsibilities.
  
  ***** expressed concern that the school had already distributed folders from another provider. While we cannot speak to the internal choices made by the school, we have never had a school disregard its agreement with us in the manner described.
  
  Lastly, regarding the accusation of "fake reviews" on our BBB page, we want to firmly state that every review on our profile is submitted by actual clients. Many have been with us for years and have experienced firsthand the results of our programs. The only reviews that aren't real are the people complaining because we called. 
  
  
  We value transparency and open communication. If ***** would like to speak with our Customer Relations Specialist to receive a hard copy of his folder or school confirmation documents, we are more than happy to assist.

  City Connect has been providing our school with free homework folders for the last 5 years and we couldn't be more grateful. The staff has been so pleasant and helpful when it comes time to order more. These folders are taken home daily by our students so this product is a win/win!   Not trustworthy. I was contacted by City Connect to run an ad in a ***************************** welcome folder. I was sold a quad page for $495 and then contacted later to upgrade to the full page fo another almost $500. The program started in Januaty and after multiple request I was not provided a proof of the full insert, just my ad. After 5 months and multiple contacts and finally was sent out a proof of the full Advertisement. To my surprise I was only in the folder with the quad page. I called and they told me I only signed up for the single business card size ad and upgraded to the quad. I explained to them that my business is a visual business and all ads I do are accompanied by pictures of my work, using a business card size ad would have been a waste of money...they couldn't care less. In the end I was lied to and mislead.I wouldn't use this company unless you can see the final product before production If not, don't trust them.

  I am sorry you feel you were misled, however we know that is not so. After fully investigating the facts here, all calls are recorded for your very protection, you were presented a single size ad from ****** on 11/29/2023 and we can not move forward without your electronic signature, which you did. It is VERY CLEARLY written on your contract that you bought a single size ad. In fact , you asked ****** the dimensions on the call and she went over the dimensions. The dimensions are clearly printed on the invoice, the contact which you electronically signed.

  These are not pages, they are not flyers. You then upgraded with **** on 11/30/2023, into a Quad Size ad, ( half of the pocket) printed directly on the pocket of the folder. You electronically signed the contract for that purchase as well, which  had the size and dimensions on the invoice as well.

  I know we all get busy and don't always pay attention or listen to the answer to the questions that we ask people, but in no way did we mislead you. We were upfront, emailed everything first, sent the invoice with everything in writing that you electronically signed and then we moved forward. I would love to give you a free single size ad this year just to show we are not out to get anybody. We are a small business ourselves and have very few bad reviews in 5 years of business.
