    Completely discouraged with this businesses. Not only did they advertise not to contract. Put horrible ads. Put them in grocery outlet which they never said they would from the beginning. They also are continuing to charge automatically after the year has passed!!! $10,000 for a total of 2 leads and $300 invoiced. Those two customers were nightmares we wouldn't go out for free! This business is nothing but a scam! Stop charging without approval! I had called in 2 months ago, talked to a man in charge and was supposed to get a phone call back! The lack of results is burdensome enough, but you shamelessly continuing to charge is purely unnapropriate!

    Thank you for your message. We take our relationships with our customers very seriously, and I want to make sure we address your concerns accurately and fairly.

    After reviewing your account, I do not see any record of recent phone calls or emails from you or your team regarding changes or concerns to your account. I also reviewed the advertising agreement you signed. The value shown in the contract is significantly lower than the $10,000 per year amount you referenced. I also show that your advertising agreement runs through December 2025 and that it was not automatically renewed.  Your program came with 13 ads for the price of 12 and the 12th ad is scheduled to deliver the first week of December 2025.

    I have asked your account representative to connect with you today so we can review your campaign together and make sure you receive the support you need. I also spoke with the graphic designer assigned to your account. It appears that he reached out to you monthly, over the last ten months, to see what updates or adjustments to your advertisements you wanted to make,  and records show that you only responded to him twice once in March 2025 and once in June 2025.

    In our industry, good communication is essential because performance or all advertisements are often tied to refreshing offers, correct messaging, and good design. If your coupons were not producing the response you hoped for, that is typically an indicator that a new offer or creative approach is needed and we are always happy to help with that when requested.

    We would truly like to help you improve your results going forward. Lets work together directly, rather than through online comments, so we can make the adjustments necessary to support your business successfully.

    I had contacted this business less than a year ago and asked them to stop sending me mailers. I was assured that the mailers would stop, they have not. I am tired of having a product forced upon me. I have asked that they stop wasting natural resources to make something I am forced to place directly in the recycling bin. I am tired of being forced into dealing with the waste of this company. If I receive any more I will file a complaint in small claims court for being forced to deal with this companies waste. I want this company to stop immediately!

    However, there are times when mailed items, use a simplified mailing process, which allows companies to mail to an entire zip code, or portion of a zip code without using an addresses.   The only way to not receive these types of mailing is to have a discussion with your local post office.

    In the meantime, if you do in fact continue to receive our publication, we kindly ask that you simple recycle it.
