- -Ashland’s Own Shop’n Kart- does notaccept exchanges, but will gladly process item returns following the policybelow.
Returns will only berefunded for the original purchase price of a product as listed on the receipt,and must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Returns will not beaccepted for any reason without the original cash-register receipt,which the customer is responsible for providing.
State issued photoidentification must be provided for returns. If you choose not to provide uswith an ID, we will not accept the return.
We will not acceptreturns on product that has expired, if it has expired while in yourpossession.
We will not acceptreturns on empty packages/containers, or product that has been consumed past areasonable point, to be determined by the supervising manager.
Returns on clothingwill only be accepted if the original price tag is still attached to the item,and if no damage of any kind has been done to the item.
Supplements &General Merchandise returns must be made between 7am and 9pm. Books, makeup,body jewelry and fermented fish oils CAN NOT be returned for any reason.
Returns for Supplements & General Merchandise purchasesmade using an Ashland Shop’n Kart GiftCard may be refunded to the customer in the form of a new Ashland Shop’n Kart Gift Card for thespecified amount.
