      Offered full price on ******************************************** late Feb. 2025; was present for most of the home inspection; left when inspector entered crawlspace. When I saw report I expressed discomfort with the sewer drain being fixed with electrical tape and improperly wired refrigerator ************** wrote addendum to state sewer drain line and refrigerator outlet be fixed. She told me seller didn't want addendums; suggested I find a friend to give estimate for sewer drain, saying it would take too much time to get a plumber. She suggested asking for $ for closing costs. Seller returned first addendum with proposed $1000. March 22: Purchased **************************************** March 23: First load of laundry; overflowed hall March 24: First load of dishes; overflowed sink; dishwasher, sink remained full.March 25: contacted realtor; she recommended I contact the plumber who did work for seller; I called, texted without hearing back; realtor asked that I call **** **** for estimate.March 31: Gabe ***** estimate was $10,060. Commented that I was cheated; I contacted realtor who recommended a second estimate from ***** ********. April 4: ***** ******** estimate; $14,782; quote included drywall fix after walls cut; could begin work right away.April 7: ***** began work on Monday; finished work Thursday April 10; commented that many things were not correctly or legally finished by previous plumber and contractor.April 7-April 23: Contacted realtor who told me to talk seller; he wanted to make things right; 'come to resolution.April 23: Seller texted, then called; we talked for about 30 minutes.April 24: Sent plumbing estimates at his request; I emailed and requested follow up about what I could expect as far as sharing the cost of plumbing work.Early May, seller called to say he had a plan, but couldnt say what it was unless I agreed to leave ***** ******** out of the communication. Since then, no resolution.
