I have called and texted Jerry, the owner of All Pro, since June 8, 2021. He admitted to knowing about the dumping but was under the impression his employee owned the land which he does not. This debris makes it impossible for me to have someone mow which creates a fire hazard to the surrounding homeowners. This property is surrounded by very nice homes and this has become an eyesore for the area as well. With the logs being so large it will require the special equipment used by All Pro for removal.Initial Complaint

On January 14, 2020 we had a large sycamore tree cut down that cost us $1400.00 (that price included grinding the stump & piling the shavings up where the tree was taken out). The first of this year as the shavings continued to settle, we noticed 3 areas that had not been ground enough to mow over without hitting the mower blades. After trying to contact Jerry, the owner, several times about coming back & finishing the job, I finally got a hold of him on June 11th & he promised that when he was in our area he would stop by & take care of the problem (finish re-grinding the areas he missed). He asked me to text him our address. I immediately texted him that same day with our address. Never got a reply back. So, On July 16, I copied the original text & re-sent it (thinking he must not have gotten the first text). Still no reply back. So, on August 2 I again sent him the same text message with our address. So far we have sent 3 texts & called 4 times without a response from Jerry.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2021/09/28) */ 9.28.2021 10:50 BBB Representative spoke with Jerry Layman owner of business who states: If consumer will call him at 918-698-7851 he will resolve the issue. Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2021/10/09) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) PROBLEM HAS STILL NOT BEEN RESOLVED. Finally able to contact Jerry at All Pro on Sept. 30. He said he'd be out the next week to finish the job he started last summer. He said he'd be here sometime between Oct. 4 and Oct. 8th. After not hearing from him on Oct. 4th I called him on the 5th & again he promised to be out by the 8th to finish the job. It is now the 9th & the 10 day window you gave us has now passed & he never came out & never contacted us.
