    *******.********************* was hired as a general contractor for a renovation. He walked out with 30K leaving us with a disaster that needed to be fixed. We are still repairing damage that Prestige Custom Design inflicted on our **** custom ranch, some irreparable. His response was, "Anything we break can be fixed". He couldn't have been more wrong.The bathrooms were so poorly done. Water pooled in the shower floor and came through the soap dish. ******* answer was to have someone come out and silicone caulk around the area that was leaking. He agreed the floors needed to be graded correctly. The other shower had a wad of construction materials solidify in the drain. It was so bad that the cement slab had to be partially removed to repair the pipe.He did not use a licensed plumber and when the inspector came through we were completely shut down. ***** said he was told he didn't need permits and he would take care of it. The last I heard from ********************* was 2 months ago when he told us he would be good to go with the city the next day.He didn't have enough integrity to call and tell us what he was or wasn't going to do. He just walked away with our money.***************** have an A- rating with the BBB, list with Home Advisor and ******* list, but it is clear to us that his intent was fraudulent.I would not recommend his services to anyone.

    This **mpany has taken my family's foundation ** for over $22************** Co has filed felony charges against the owner *********************. He's taken tens of thousands from homeowners in ****************** leaving them to pay sub**ntractors or face liens being filed. We have found dozens of cases filed against ************** in Alaska dba Vindean Contracting including one for over $500k!! Nothing but excuses on why he can't pay or make the bad checks he wrote right. He won't return phone calls, texts. He owes so many **ntractors. We just keep finding more people he owes money to. He is a SCAM!!!!
