      Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. At **********************, we value every customer and take all complaints seriously. I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience youve experienced with your vehicle and the frustration caused by the timing and transportation issues.
      After reviewing your service file and warranty agreement, we want to clarify that your vehicle was sold with a 12-month or 12,000-mile limited warranty,whichever occurs first. According to our records, your vehicle has exceeded ****** miles, and as such, it is currently outside the coverage terms of the warranty.
      That said, we understand the urgency of your situation, and we are committed to providing as much assistance as possible.Although the warranty has expired, we have agreed to inspect your vehicle to help determine the cause of the issue.
      Regarding the request for a loaner vehicle, we apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, our current policy does not provide loaner vehicles. However, we are always exploring ways to enhance customer service, and your feedback is appreciated.

      When I bought my car the traveling manager **** said my bumper would be fixed as I told him it was falling off. I have him on recording stating he would fix it. Now the manager wont fix it bc she said hes not the manager and doesnt make those decisions. When I bought my car they failed to provide documentation of what the full warranty as they told me covered

      So as of 04/07/2025 I was told by Regal to drop my car due to it not accelerating, they then ask me to pay $58.00 for the spark plugs I tried to tell them I can get it fixed but they said he already started it so I paid, then they tell me my engine needed to be replaced and that I was over my warranty by 200miles but they decided to fix it so they had my car for 2 1/2 weeks they called me on the 22nd of this month and said it was ready I picked it up yesterday and today my engine light is back on and my vehicle is stalling I took it to oreillys to get the engine light looked at and they said its a spark plug which they said they fixed and he printed out a copy on a paper. I called regal and they are saying no manager or tech is in today and most likely wont until tomorrow and he cant pull paperwork or get my car looked at until tomorrow after they just gave it back saying it was fixed and they are still asking me to make payments on a vehicle I could not drive I had to struggle to work and getting my children to school and Im still struggling because here we are almost 3weeks in and my car is not fixed like they said it was and they cant do anything about it and its all so frustrating they wanted to get my car out the shop fast because they fixed my car and the warranty is over now so they are gonna try to make me pay for a car that I havent even paid off yet I feel like I had too many issues with regal themselves and this vehicle, they didnt really fix it they made it look as such after having me wait so long and struggle and suffer due to no rental cars and them giving me the run around and lying to me and leaving everything up to me and the car is not even mine yet Im making the payments so it dont bother them but it bothers me when I feel like Im being played with Im a good person and I never had this issue until I got this vehicle Im trying so hard not to sue but they are not trying to really help ****** dont understand how no one is at work.

      I went to the process to finance a ***** CX9 from Regal Auto in ******* on February 20, 2024. I put $1000 down and agreed to $135 weekly. Within a week my car had blown the radiator and had to be towed to the shop, it was there a week. When I got it back,it was still running hot. I took it to get the check engine light read and it was a thermostat. I bought the thermostat and Regal put it on. It kept having problems so I put it in the shop for 2 more weeks in April or May. Long story short the car has been in the shop no less than 5 times in 7 months. It's had an oil leak the whole time that never has been fixed. I even put it in the shop in ******** and they told me my parts weren't covered under my warranty, couldn't explain why, so I paid for the parts. Now, it's absolutely terrifying to drive, I've been trying to schedule it to go in the shop for a month. I guess Regal had transitioned the way they do things, Tulsa kept making me call Sapulpa, ******* has no maintenance shop, by the time I finally just dropped it off on the Sapulpa lot, because I knew it wouldn't make it home, they informed me it was over 500 miles over the warranty.

      I purchased a car with the company 7/19 informing them that I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy. They provided me a car. 8/31 my car broke down it was having issues accelerating, reversing, leaking, the service traction control light and the service the stabilitrak light came on. The office was close 9/1 and 9/2 so I immediately called 9/3 to notify them. I was told I had to tow the car in. I was at work. I had to **** home from work to get the car towed to the dealership. The dealership had my car for a week. i lost my job due to me not having a car being able to go back and forth to work. I called every day and was constantly given different answers. Twice the property manager told me that my car was ready to pick up but I was told by other employees that that information was false. I was told that it was my radiator that needed to be repaired. I finally went to go pick my car up 9/10. Later that day the vehicle was having the same issue I called it in the next day 9/11 and scheduled a service appointment for 9:15am 9/12. Before my appointment I went to ******** and had them put the *** reader on my car where I was told the spark plugs and the engine coil needed to be replaced. I arrived at 9:00am on the morning of 9/12 I sat in the waiting room on the phone with my mother for my car to get looked at. Around 9:20am the mechanic came in and seen my car on service list and instantly said I just seen this Cruze, why is it back? What is wrong with this piece of c*** car now? This car is trash the person who let me into the building; ******* then whispered to the mechanic, pointing at me saying thats her car. The mechanic then states oh I didnt mean the Cruze I meant the ********* After he leaves in my car, ******* then tells me that I need to leave. I am not allowed to wait for the car. I told him I was not advised of that prior to the appointment.

      The customer initially purchased a vehicle from us and returned it shortly after for a repair. We performed the necessary repair, but unfortunately, the issue recurred almost immediately. The customer then brought the vehicle back in for further evaluation.
      The customer agreed to be released from the vehicle in exchange for $800. The customer signed a release form confirming the resolution, and we no longer hold her liable for the vehicle.Additionally, we have agreed to remove the vehicle from her credit report as part of the resolution.
      We believe this was a fair and amicable solution to the situation, and we are committed to ensuring our customers are treated with respect and fairness. Please feel free to contact me if further clarification or documentation is needed.

      I am rejecting this response because:   The car has not been removed off of my credit. It is still showing I have an active auto loan with them. Which is hindering me from getting another car which in turns hinders me from being able to get a job to provide for my family. I am the head of my household and I have kids who depend on me and me losing my job because of my car breaking down stopped me from being able to provide for my kids and now its halting me from being able to get me another car to be able to get another job. I have no money to be able to **** to interviews because I lost my job and do not have the funds. I am unable to get a job because I dont have transportation to get there. This whole ordeal has hurt me more than it did help me by losing my vehicle

      My car was repoed by regal from ******** tow and recovery aug 5th 2024 my belongings were took out the car by the tow company and I had to go to that company 3 miles outside of ******** to receive them well the car was not at that location it was at a saber location which they told me they cant disclose of that location when Im picking up my things its in two big bags and everything inside was soak and wet because they sat it outside for the whole weekend my Apple Watch was not in that bag if it was it would be damaged so that means its stolen after the car was repossessed so I knew that wasnt all my belongings I asked was all the stuff took out the trunk they told me they were not able to get in because they didnt have the key so I give them the key and ***** from ******** tow and recovery said he will go to the saber site the following day ( August 13th) to get the rest out he called me and said there nothing in the trunk I talked to saber they told me nothing was in there when i know for a fact my daughter bag with her birth certificate and the rest of her stuff from the hospital was in there plus two big box and bags with clothes and shoes saber thought it was a joke and kept hanging up in my face and telling me to do a claim against the wrecker but the tow company could not access the trunk without the key the car sat a saber location for a whole week and no one can tell me where my things are I dont feel like I should file a claim I feel like I should be given my belongings why only give me half my things and act like it was never anything in the trunk if it was threw away someone could have just said that but they are making it like the wrecker took it out or it was never anything in there at the end of the day Im a customer to ******************** they did not care that my things were took out in there possession ***** from ******** tow and recovery tried to help me locate my things and apologized but wasnt able I really appreciate him for that.       Sold me a car that cannot pass state inspection. I cant register or plate the car until it passes. They clearly state their cars passed inspection poor business practices and false reporting on vehicle

      All of the vehicles at Regal Car Sales in ******** are required to pass state inspection before they can be sold to a customer.  If the customer has a mechanical issue with the vehicle they are encouraged to contact the location they purchased the car from.

      I was buying a car from this company and it got repossessed. I have tried several times to get this company to tell me where my stuff is so I can get my personal belongings from my car. They will not do that all they tell me is it is with the repossession company and it has been put together by the repossession company but they will not give me the name of the repossession company I have tried and tried to get the name of the company from them and they refuse to give it to me and all I want is my personal belongings back

      In December 2023 I purchased a 2016 ****** Altima from Regal Car Sales and Credit. While I was signing the paperwork the person helping me then explained that the car had a ****** mile warranty or 1 year warranty on it. He said that if anything happens to the car they would fix it. He also explained the aci payment of $49 which is **************** on the vehicle. If anything happens to the vehicle while I am paying the extra $49 each payment they said they would take care of the vehicle.An accident occurred on 04/02/2024 and the back side of my vehicle was severely damaged. I went to Regal Car Sales and spoke with someone and all that I am getting is the run around. I have called **** and ********* and neither one of them are helping with this.********* told me there's nothing that she can do about this. She said she only works in the *** department. I am asking Regal Cars to replace my vehicle.One of the employees at the Regal Cars even said himself that the car needs to be replaced. I am very upset that nobody is doing anything about this. It looks like I was lied to about the warranty on the car and the *** which I am currently paying for.

      I got an estimate on the damage to the car which is more than what the car is worth. Two workers at the collision center stated that the car is demolished. 

      I took the paperwork to ******** at Regal Car Sales, and tried to show it to her. She reacted as if it does not matter. Then she tells me to come back tomorrow and talk to *****, the person who is above her.

      I will go back tomorrow and talk to *****. If nothing is done I am definitely getting a lawyer on this.

      Our customer was in an accident with another vehicle who was insured with ************************.  The claims process has been started and it is now in the hands of the insurance company of the person our customer was in an accident with.  Even though our customer is currently paying for collateral protection insurance, because the person who crashed into our customer's vehicle is at fault there is nothing we more Regal can currently do at this time.  If the customer can provide our company with a claim number, we will do everything we can to expedite the claim.

      When I had the car checked for the damage I was told the car is demolished and not safe to drive.

      The driver of the other vehicle involved in the accident, ***************************,  lied to the police concerning his insurance company name and gave the police officer his own cell phone number, not the insurance phone number. He probably did that knowing that he is dead guilty of destroying my vehicle.

      I plan on talking to a lawyer about this also because it looks like you're trying to avoid doing anything at all. As I mentioned to ********* why are you people in business because of the way you treat accidents that occur.
