DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENT!! Kellie is not only rude and unprofessional, she is also dishonest. My heard of this travel agent through a friend and booked a trip to Europe for us. The flight was cancelled due to COVID and when my mother tried to get a refund or credit for the tickets back, Kellie LIED to her and told her the only way to use the credits was to book all flights through her agency. NOT TRUE! I called American Airlines directly and was able to re-book my flight and get all the remaining credits back in my name so that I could have control of them rather than the agency. Unfortunately my mom believed Kellie in good faith and is now out 1,000+ dollars. IF YOU BOOK THROUGH THIS AGENT AND THE FLIGHT GETS CANCELLED, GET THE ORIGINAL TICKET NUMBER AND DEAL WITH THE AIRLINE DIRECTLY. Kellie was extremely unhelpful and downright RUDE to me, calling me terms like "Little girl..." and referring to herself as the "HMFIC" (If you do not know what that means, look it up). She implied I was "throwing a fit" simply but trying to get ticket numbers from her which I was fully entitled to have, as it was my ticket to begin with. I had to jump through hoops to get my credits back under my control, no thanks to her. She lacks professionalism and customer service skills that are essential to running a business. She must get a kick back for unused airline credits is all I can figure. Please do not waste your time or money with this fraud who just wants to take your money and not help you get your credit back unless its on her terms.

The Covid 19 health crisis has been difficult for many businesses, however for the travel industry it has been particularly difficult. The airlines, many hotels, trains and tours did not issue refunds but would only provide credits for later use. Travel was booked for Ms. ******'s family for a European vacation that they cancelled due to Covid-19. They cancelled the trip and per the airline requirements they were provided a future travel credit and not a refund. The credits could be used for the person the ticket was issued to and could not be transferred to another. I could not reissue the tickets in the manner that Ms. ****** was requesting as they were not in her name but a ticket issued to another and against airline policies. I have worked with the family to reissue the tickets as I was allowed by airline requirements. It was a joy working with Ms. ******'s mother and there was no money lost in regard to her flight cancellation. I have spent 20+ hours of my time planning, cancelling and rescheduling tickets with out earning a fee or commission. I certainly did not earn a fee on her credit and absorbed my usually ticketing fee. As with every client I went above and beyond in an attempt to resolve her issues and concerns. Unfortunately, there are limitations with the airline that precluded me from satisfyingly her request.
