      I called and spoke with someone named ***** regarding information about their services. I spoke with her on 3/21/25 over the phone. I spoke with her for about an hour, maybe longer to gain as much information about the services and if I wanted to move forward. I was uncertain and she told me, you want this on his [****** *******]s desk Monday morning to go out with the stack of others. I was very hesitant. She kept saying this, you want this by Monday (it was Friday). She also said over the phone that if I at lol change my mind, I would let them know MONDAY and they will not move forward with the services. I felt very pressured into paying that evening. So I decided, well if I can back out by Monday whats the risk because if I do want to move forward she said I want to go out with the rest Monday morning. So I paid the $4,750. After about an hour later after being off the phone, I felt very pressured and really wanted to think about this big purchase I was taking on and called ***** back that night crying and telling her I did not want to move forward. She said there is nothing she can do (it was like 9pm) and Monday to call. I called Monday early morning 3/24/25, spoke with ***** requesting to NOT move forward and she said she would send a message. Since then I have called numerous times. They have multiple messages about me calling and requesting the refund to get started. I never sent them any documents. I was never provided any service. They keep saying they will send a message to their refund department and no one has ever emailed me like they said. I have made many many calls. I finally did a dispute with my bank so I can get help. I have email I send requesting to not move forward with services and reference our phone conversation about being able to withdrawal by Monday for a FULL REFUND. They are still not working on this so I am reaching out for help.
