I bid on locker fox.com for a unit that was located at **** ******* Road Tulsa,OK******. I won the unit went and paid it on the 1st of September. Chris assisted me in paying for unit, purchased lock and rented said unit because I could not remove items within timeframe. On Saturday the 3rd got a voicemail from Chris that unit still had lock on it and he was going to cut lock and dispose items in unit. Paid some people to help me get items out and I tried to make contact with Chris. At apartment behind main office nephew knocked on door and a teen boy came out with a aggressive dog that bit the back of my nephews leg. Did not require medical attention but could see where the dog got him. Sunday while removing final items Chris was going to his apartment and said make sure and get everything out it's past time. I told him I would need refunded for month of storage I paid on 1st.Chris said no if you paid a month then you are not being refunded. Told him I have his voicemail he was disposing of my items.Chris told me to go to office Tuesday. Called office Tuesday the 5th said trying to get ahold of supervisor . On Wed 6th talked to fill in lady and she said she can't do anything .Went on the 8th and Chris said refund was approved and check would be mailed. Called on 19th he said he did not know any information and would talk to supervisor and let me know other people are waiting on refunds also. I am not happy with how business was handled at this facility.
