We contacted Ricks Septic to replace our lateral lines. he came out on or about 3-15-23 (after it had been raining for a week straight) he replaced the lines and told us he would come back out when the dirt dried out to level everything out.. which he did about 2 weeks later. About a week to 10 days later we noticed the tank was completely filled with water and poop floating on top plus black sewer water was pooling on the tank lid, directly across from the tank, on both sides of the sidewalk and the dirt was still muddy where the connection was from the lines to the tank. We have also noticed sewer smell outside around the tank and yard where lines were laid. also sewer gas in the bathroom and laundry room. Water started coming out around the bottom of the toilet in the front bathroom so we called Roto Rooter (4-6) who came out and told us our tank was too full and it seemed our lines were not working properly and if they were to pull the toilet up it would most likely flood the bathroom with sewer water. We called and spoke with Mike (the person who answered the phone) who said they probably knocked the coupling loose when leveling out the dirt and would be "right out" to fix it. We have called MULTIPLE times with the "promise" they would be out to fix the problem. I have called them twice this week 5-1 and 5-3. Mike told me we were on the schedule for 5-3 but they were no call no show. I have since learned they were supposed to get permits before doing the install and never did (or we never saw them) They also pulled up my fiber optics line (cost me $85 to get that fixed) and electric to my pool which now i have to get and electrician to fix that and my septic is STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY!!!!!!! We paid them $6000 to replace the lines but all we got was a stinking muddy mess!! I want my septic working!! I would not recommend them to anyone!!!
