      If I was able give zero stars. I was a employee at this company. When I was in my first trimester of pregnancy I fell asleep on one of his contracts. I have worked at his company while sick with the *** because the owner didn't have anyone to cover my contract. The owner is willing to help his other guards out but not ones that have work hard themselves. The owner of this company lies about having the best cars when all them have issues and out of fuel.

In reading your review of our company, I see you have publicly & voluntarily shared facts about the reason for your termination from our company. You did in fact fall asleep during daytime hours at a very important contract belonging to our company. As I read your review in its entirety, it brings me to a very interesting fact- during your sworn statement to Department of Labor officials (in an attempt to receive unemployment payments)- you told them you were let go from our company due to "lack of work''.....let me assure you that I am in fact holding these documents as I take the time to respond to your review (It would be wonderful if BBB had an upload feature within the review response section) . Now, in light of the facts you voluntarily shared in your review, contrasted with my inspection of your sworn written statement to department of labor officials- it is obvious nothing else needs to be said from my end in response to your fallacious review.Please take care of yourself and many blessings to you and all your loved ones.       I walked in the ******* to have lunch. I was eating my snack cake and drinking a soda from another store. It is 97 outside and I was sitting at a table resting for a second and snacking getting ready to purchase something for *******. The security guard walked over to my table and that's when everything went South. I have been targeted by PHD SECURITY SERVICES at two different ******* locations. When I was in high school I worked for ******* and ever since the '90s I've been a customer of ***** so this situation is very disturbing.

      Thank you for sharing your experience. First of all, let me start by saying- I'm sorry if you feel your experience with one of our representatives was unpleasant. Secondly, I would like to ask for some clarification: what does "everything went south" mean? what do you mean when you say "I have been targeted by PHD Security Services at two different ******* locations? I fail to understand what the complaint is all about. You did not explain what our representative might have done wrong. Which store were you visiting? Thirdly, we have been in business for a complete decade, let me assure you we are highly rated ******** with approximately 75 reviews and a rating of 4.9 with only one negative review (which was confirmed as SPAM).
