    We moved into our property November 1 upon turning the water on it at the property. We noticed that the bathroom and kitchen both had leaks. The kitchen leak was from the bottom of the sink. The bathroom leak was because the bathroom fixtures were out of date and unserviceable for over 15 days. Our water ran, continuously in the bathroom, causing us to notice an increase in our water usage on the water bill. They told us that they would not fix it and it was our fault.

    We can not get ahold of the maintenance staff to take care of a sink back up. The water from the upstairs neighbors are washing dishes and the apartment is flooding on the bottom floor. We are dealing with sink water back up that is leading down the hallway to the bathroom all over the living room. We can not get anyone to return a phone call to get this fixed. We have been calling since Thursday morning.

    Hello, we are sorry to hear about the maintenance issues that you had over the holiday weekend. We had an internal issue with our on call answering service during our office closure and we did not receive these calls. I know this is little consolation for what you endured and we are deeply sorry for this. We have addressed these issues internally to ensure they do not happen again. We have fixed the leak and sent a plumber to follow up and make sure there are no further issues. We thank you for your tenancy
